  Great View

  The room is simple but the view of the lake is great. The location is perfect as it's next to supermarket and above public parking. The hotel provided ticket for free parking too. Still, we expect a bit more from 150 euro per night. (It said 75-89 Euro on the English website. But that's the 2013-2014 price)

  Great hotel but check prices carefully.

  This was a clean, central hotel with fantastic views from our huge room. Breakfast was included, but we found the staff to be incredibly unpleasant and found out upon checkout that their prices are much higher than advertised and are a flat rate for one person. We had to pay extra because there were two of us.

  Service with an attitude

  Very impolite staff, never again for me. A lovely view, and the room was comfortable but the overall experience was ruined by the poor customer service. The parking arrangements are not obvious at this hotel if it is your first time there. It was not my first time and when I did not do the right thing with the parking ticket, that was valid for a week, I was spoken to like an idiot. The invoice was prepared with my home address when I specifically asked for the company address. To make a change of the invoice was also accompanied by insults and a total disregard of the importance of customer service.

  Exactly what I needed

  Awesome location, right next to the beautiful lake. Room was clean and comfy. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed talking to Laura. Breakfast was yummy. I had a really good time here :)

  Best view of the Traunsee!

  Absolutely beautiful hotel situated directly on the lakefront at Traunsee! The view is stunning, the rooms are gorgeous and the hosts are super friendly and made us feel very welcome! We look forward to coming back.
