Fun hotel! This hotel is a 3 star, I think people need to be reminded of this. Great location as you are on a hill so get great views. By a hill, I mean a steady incline its hardly a steep mountain and its perfectly accessible if you are of normal mobility. I very much enjoyed the stroll! Great buzz, good choice of food and lovely views. Fiona at reception was absolutely marvellous, not only did she advise me on the hotel upon arrival but was always on hand to help.

HolidayThis is a typical three star Greek hotel! Note 3 star NOT 5 star ! Clean & welcoming! Fabulous views & a really good choice of food! MOST of the staff are very helpful & professional, particularly the reception staff & offer help & support on local attractions, etc. One receptionist appears to speak every language Under the sun!

So RudeA group of us stayed here for a week and we have never been more disappointed. If you go all inclusive like we did you only get beer/awful red wine for free, its 7 euros for a vodka, the food in the hotel isnt too bad that was the only best thing. As for the staff an old looking woman who works behind the bar in the morning is so rude/miserable!None of the reps came up to us and included us with anything one rep made it very clear he doesn't like English people, that's the vibe we got from everyone here as most people are French yet the staff make it obvious that if you're English they don't seem to like us...it's 10miles away 20euros in a taxi.. also entertainment everything is in French..they don't seem to consider that there are some English people here. I wouldn't come back here nor do I rate it,the only two nice people who worked here were Manos and Fay who worked behind the bar they were lovely.

Incredible Hotel and ExperienceThis is the second time I stay at Scaleta Beach and was again, extremely satisfied with my stay! The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. If you do not want to have to worry about anything while going on vacation, this is the hotel for you as everything is inclusive + there is a pool and fun night activities. My favorite part is the location and view of the hotel. I believe the pictures will speak for themselves... I intend to go back and I hope I was able to convey my enthusiasm for this hotel. I highly recommend it!

Relax with fitness requiredQuiet place at the end of the season. Hotel occupied in less than 50% capacity and that translated to no crowds in restaurant and around the pool. Lobby and bar in the evening could be crowded due to internet surfers as that is the only area with wi-fi access. Food good but not spectacular, I'd like to see more seafood and lamb.Roos very basic but with all necessary amenities, bathrooms little claustrophobic. First room wasn't to our liking due to proximity of man thoroughfare and lack of balcony but changed very quickly without any fuss. Hotel located on the hill slope and requires some fitness especially for rooms further away from the main building. Very nice view from the pool terrace. The serious drawback is the beach located at a distance at the other side of main Crete highway and at considerably lower altitude. Hotel aimed mainly at French guests and all animations in French language. Generally good, basic hotel for people who don't need luxuries. Review written in 2019 for October 2017 stay, because TripAdvisor does not provide an option for earlier dates.
