  Value for money

  We were a group of five looking for a stay for the night. Each of us booked for a bed instead they gave us private dorm for rm13 per night. It was an excellent choice. The room was spacious with a/c. The blanket was quite small for an adult. The location of the hostel is great. They did not provide towel.

  Uneventful

  Initially we booked sayang sayang Riverside hostel 2 months ago but we were informed that we are residing in another hotel which we never heard of which is also another branch of sayang sayang only one day before a long holiday with no option whatsoever to book another hotel. Very poor management. And while hoping for the best we encounter the least helpful front desk staff, poor management. Not happy with this. Expectation ruin.

  Satisfied

  I spent two nights in this hostel, at the single room. It's a nice and clean room, but because i got the room that the far end which is beside the street, it was quite noise eventhough in the middle of the night. The bathroom is very small, but clean and i didn't get the water problem that a lot of people wrote about it in their review. The location is really good, near all the famous building in Melaka (all the red building) and near Little India area. The staff (Hugo) is also really help.

  One night in Melaka

  The hostel is nice and clean and has a good location, close to the river front with all the restaurants and bars. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are quite small, but clean and with good AC (almost to good!) and WiFi acces. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can even rent a bike here as well. All in all, the hostel is super nice if you're only staying for a couple of nights!

  For one night ok

  A little guesthouse runned by a Chinese family. The rooms are basic but clean. Unfortunately very loud as the management doesn't pay attention to take care of noisy guests. Especially their own family. The two ladies who prepare the food and drinks do a amazing food.
