  trys to benefit from hype

  I can not really recommend this hotel. At least not with these rates. They charge rates of 3-4 star hotels but are far from the service needed for this. When I stayed there last weekend, I deliberatly asked, whether their WLAN in the rooms is working and reliable - they said yes. Well, it did not work in my room for two days ! And when I went down and used the WLAN in the Lobby it was sooo slow. Also they charge you extra for breakfast, again a rate for a 3-4 star hotel, while the quality and above all the service is max. 1 star. I tried to get through to the Manager -but to no avail. This is why I put it up here now. As said, I am not overly fuzzy with hotel quality, but with this rate, I would like to see some value for my money (also the pool is under construction at the moment, which is a) a reason to lower the price considerably and b) enjoying you with noise all day long (even on the weekend !)

  Ok-ish place of stay

  Totally loved my room that it was clean.air con working.great view.bit disappointed that hotel doesnt have anything special for xmas like buffet.il have to travel to town not far but not safe during festive season esp.with baby.plus breakfast charged seperately which is too much.though food at resturant is nice and enough in quantity. Also this hotel doesnt promote its location like they dont have brouchers for activity attractions.u have to ask or do ur own research.and no tv and phone in the room.so u have to walk to front desk for any question/service required.

  Reasonable option

  We stayed here to seek shelter when Cyclone Mona hit. The hotel is solid concrete so we had no concerns for our safety. Given the circumstances we didnt have a chance to truly sample the amenities but it seemed to offer the essentials with a passable restaurant and decent pool. Location is very good in easy walking distance to the town. The tap water comes out of the river so bottled water is essential.

  Good stay

  The stay in the hotel was excellent. Excellent staff, not a bad size room and location was very central. The only down side to the hotel is that the rooms could do with a bit of renovation. The executive rooms were simple with beds and pillows needing a change. Bathrooms were old and very needed attention. Towels and linen could be a whiter. In saying the above, staff were really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as they could. Clean room, good and simple aircon and secure.

  Very clean and friendly

  I had a wonderful experience at the Hot Springs Hotel. Originally scheduled to stay at a budget place, I ended up here because they accept credit cards - most places here in Savusavu don't. So glad I did! The front desk staff were welcoming and genuine. The room was spacious and very clean with very rare mosquitoes (important!). View was lovely. Shower was hot and large. New deck and pool. Breakfast full and plentiful. Great open upstairs meeting place with pool table. They sell chilled, whole coconuts for you to drink the milk through a straw. Delicious! If you like independence, quiet, clean, and good views, Hot Springs is your place.
