  Great Management

  First time last year we came with our friends and we liked it very much. The hotel has made the restaurant part bigger and more spacious and beautiful. And the live music was wonderful. Especially the new chefs is doing great !

  Potential could be used better

  I was there for 3 days and 2 nights for weekend wedding party. This hotel is stylish and boutique hotel located in a very green area. It has one pool (small one not enough for real swimming), if you want to go to sea, it takes around 20 minutes by walking. Check in was fast but check out was not as fast as check in, receptionist was helpfull and kind. Room and bathroom were clean but not big. Safebox on the room was not working, when we asked for suppport from reception they send someone who couldnt fix the problem, he told me  that he will come again but he never showed up. 2nd day when i was on the room housekeeping showed up, but i was not available and told them to come later, but again they didnt show up. The service at the restaurant was not quick but whatever we ate was delicious and fresh. During the wedding night, service was fast and satisfactory but waiters were willing to take the food and appetizers very fastly in front of us even though we were still eating them. Wifi was fast and powerfull.

  A disgrace for Turkish tourism and hospitality!

  This is not actually a hotel per se.This is a restaurant/bar/live club that added a few rooms probably in an attempt to make some extra money. We stayed there as a family of five in mid July 2019.From the first moment everything showed that there was something wrong. Upon arrival, we were directed to a parking area at the back of the hotel. Not really proper lighting and there was a an outside toilet with a side door. We drove back to where the employees were and told them that we had a lot of luggage and 3 small children. We couldnt possibly carry (no one else was around) all that staff up the steep road from the parking lot to the hotel. They said it was fine and we could use that entrance they were standing in front of. I go inside after 5 hours of driving, dragging bags and 3 children and I realise that have directed me through their restaurant terrace where nicely dressed people are dining. I ask them how can we possibly carry all our suitcases through the tables of the restaurant. They say, no problem we can use other entrance and they show me the side door which led to the toilet which led to the parking lot. Bottom line, there is no hotel entrance, only a restaurant entrance and an auxiliary one connecting parking lot, outside toilets and bar terrace. Our room was not ready, some furniture were missing, their excuse was that they had an event planned for that day so they removed some of the chairs! 30 minutes after we arrive, a live music show starts literally outside of our rooms and the noise is compared only to a concert. And they had planned live shows for 5 consecutive days (9-13 of july 2019) Next morning we get to have a better look at the facilities. Bar/club terrace, pool area and breakfast area show all the signs of a restaurant/night club. Floors are dirty, ashtrays are full, some forgotten glasses here and there and the breakfast area is actually an open office/workspace/open kitchen of the owners who just go about their business as if there were no hotel guests around. They have occupied a big table, laptops on top, phones and agendas, coffee mugs and cigarettes, planning their business day, I guess. Staff running around carrying in and out anything from groceries to huge electric appliances( refrigerators) electricians and workers fixing stuff, totally disruptive. Nobody speaks english, we can hardly explain to them fried eggs. We decide to complain to the manager. Even though, we had a list of complaints and tension rose, during our 4 days stay there the owners(?) or managers were constantly passing in front of us (an empty restaurant with just a 2 families at the tables... IMPOSSIBLE to not see us) and NEVER have they showed any interest in talking to us, listening to us, resolving any of the problems we mentioned or -God forbid- apologize. We have never encountered such an unprofessional attitude. We have been travelling the globe for 22 years, this is the worst of the worst... The facilities were dirty throughout our stay.The swimming pool was never cleaned. We took photos day after day with the same trash either in the pool or around it, same with the disgustingly dirty furniture around the pool. Our rooms were never cleaned!!!! their excuse was "we had a huge problem with the laundry - no bedsheets changed no towels. We had to go ask for towels. Every night there was a deafening live show outside of the rooms. I get the entertainment but in a hotel you pay for a room and a bed to sleep in, if you cannot do that, what is the point. One morning the receptionist told us apologetically that if we wish he could arrange to have us taken to the hotels private beach, a 10-minute-drive, just to relax and forget the problems we were facing for a while. The car that comes to pick us up is actually the van that is transferring the supplies (groceries, LPG tanks) to the private beach restaurant. When we get there they tell us that there are no sunbeds available, they were working on a first-come first-serve or reservation basis with outside customers and -tough luck- there was no space for us (if you find a shaded spot - if WE find- we will put some extra sunbeds for you). Then they tell us, the beach and beach restaurant is only open a week, so no surprise we see all the staff from the hotel working there. No wonder, there was NOBODY at the hotel, except the receptionist and a couple of waiters who did not know anything about anything. Wi-fi connectivity had a problem one afternoon, we asked about it and they showed us (of course no english is spoken) a different hotel network to connect to but, of course, nobody from the three employees that were there knew the password. The list is sooo long. These people must be either AMATEURS OR CON ARTISTS! Really a DISGRACE for so beautiful a country with such warm people.

  Perfect night with "yol project" music group

  As every year we passed one of our nights in bodrum at Savra, this time at the concert of "Yol Project" that is high talented and high interactive music group. Follow up Sarva concerts and follow up Yol Project concerts.

  Nice Hotel

  ts a nice boutique style hotel with a nice and a different pool which I liked. They also have a nice restaurant by the pool for launch and dinners. However one negative thing I could say is the noise that comes from their bar which groups perform live and loud music at night just near the rooms which is disturbing if Im tired and want to sleep. They can do nothing about it. So stay in this hotel if you like nightlife. Otherwise you can't sleep in their rooms at night. And also I would not prefer their airport transfer as its very low quality type of vehicles. I would search for other options instead.
