  Buen hotel

  Hotel curioso, parece un castillo. Habitaciones sencillas pero cómodas. No hay espacio de trabajo. El baño un poco pequeño y con falta de reformas. El desayuno muy escocés y con abundantes porciones. Personal atento y muy amable.

  Above and beyond!

  My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel whilst on our motorcycle tour of Britain. We were all in agreement on the first evening that it was a wonderful place and we were particularly impressed by the food and the service in the restaurant. The staff were attentive and engaging whilst remaining highly professional. It was also refreshing that they were empowered, by which I mean they could make decisions without having to run to management. I was really pleased with my room and I know the others were as well. We thought it was the best hotel of the nine hotels we visited on the trip. AND THEN! On Saturday morning, entirely through my own fault, I fell off my bike in the car park and trapped my foot under a third of a ton of bike! The response from the staff was nothing short of outstanding. Mags administered first aid and I'm sure her efforts made all the difference. I had a sore foot for a couple of days but was able to continue the tour. Amazingly, her prompt and expert action has meant no bruising whatsoever (so far at least). I even managed a ten mile walk this morning before breakfast! Thank you again for a wonderful stay, I wish you and your staff every success in the next few years long after we've got over the current difficulties.

  Nice hotel, amazing staff, cute dog

  Had a really nice stay at Savoy Park Hotel. The staff took really good care of us, especially Michelle in the restaurant, who made us feel so welcome and made very good recommendations. The owner Roddie and his friendly dog Charlie stopped by for a chat and made sure we were enjoying our stay. On a practical note the room was big, and clean and the hotel is fantastically located. Would definitely recommend staying here.

  Excellent stay at the Savoy Park

  I was travelling to Ayr on business and needed a centrally located hotel. The reviews were positive so I checked the hotel website and then spoke with reception to book a room. On arrival the hotel has an interesting external character and has a traditional / historic feel within the interior. The staff during booking were friendly and helpful. On arrival the check-in was easy and the room was of a high standard and very clean. I was staying DBB and the evening meal was hot and tasty. The bar had a good selection of drinks available. Breakfast was continental due to the Covid-19 social distancing. Hot coffee, orange juice, porridge and pastry. All very nice. I would certainly recommend the hotel on all points including staff, booking, hotel character, bedroom, cleanliness, food / drink, onsite free parking.

  Wedding

  This hotel is a wonderful wedding venue. Stayed here for 2 nights for my sons wedding on the 14th November after being rearranged for the 3rd time. The staff have been so supportive and helpful. The entire wedding party were made to feel so at home. The rooms are comfortable,food delicious and the grounds are well maintained.Thank you to the owner Roddie,Barbara,Anne Marie and team for your hard work and a special mention for Charlie,who we all adored.
