Not my palace!Ok. I had to stay at this hotel only for a night. Thank god it was only one night. From check in to check out it was a terrible experience. The staff at the reception desk was rude and impolite. The first room that they checked me in was right next to a huge machine and was so loud i requested to change. They did change it however i think thats as good as they have with a view like the attached photo, and old decoration even the room smelled like old furniture. I believe they also smoke in that room. I ve been to girne many times and there are great hotels to stay at and this definitely is not one of them. Stay away.

Christmas stayStayed here over Christmas , not many other guests apart from our group .Hotel was very nice , clean , friendly .Meals were taken at the hotel restaurant and were fine .Breakfast was typically European ,,omelette and pancakes excellent , dinners were also ok with Turkish and Lebanese style cooking .Look out for the excellent restaurant manager who ran the place like clockwork .Only one problem - the rooms all had Pre-set Air conditioning/heating and could Not be changed by the staying and paying guest .That meant the room temperature was set at 25to 29 degrees and impossible to get some decent zzzz's.The only way to get the room cooler was to open the sliding balcony door - not very secure and a blot on the hotel - a very poor hotel policy .

Nice hotel. Tried very hard to accomodate visitors outside of their normal target market.Nice hotel in the centre of Kyrenia. We were diverted here due to unforeseen problems with original destination hotel. Nice rooms and good buffet type restaurant in the Turkish style. Something for everyone and could cater for vegetarian & gluten free. Well stocked and reasonably priced bars. Staff very friendly and tried very hard to accommodate our party though English not spoken by majority of staff, Would recommend if you can see past language concerns.

Escape realityPerfectly located and easy reach of the Marina and shops. You would not even realise when you are within the walls of the Savoy that you was in the middle of town. Top class valet service when you arrive to give that LA vibe. Staff welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Did not struggle to get sun loungers for bathing, with attentive staff bringing endless supplies of cool water and asking if we need anything.. Breakfast is on the top floor so you can benefit from the views. Pool fresh and clean with towels given. Excellent mini bar, room service you are really receiving quality service from the hotel. If you fancy the casino it is on the ground floor near reception or you can enjoy drinks in the bar in the hotel with its luxury seating. Two restaurants to dine in, the buffet is excellent for that Turkish cuisine with vegan options too. The downstairs diner is an open BBQ style dining experience which was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel if you are single, couple or family. Great location so you dont have to drive anywhere. Will be back.

Can not be recommendedRoom was smell as ashtray. All the 6 days we stay we tried to get rid from this smell and did not have success. All our clothes were smell cigarettes after we left. Can not have normal coffee on breakfast, only instant. Will never come back! Terrible, no sign for 5 stars. SPA in very small. Massage is good.
