el mobiliario lo desmerece.Buen hotel. Aparcamiento privado vigilado gratuito. A pie de playa. Instalaciones acordes con su categoría, pero habitaciones mal decoradas y con mobiliario muy pobre. Una lástima, porque con una pequeña inversión quedaría muy bien. Se encuentra ya casi en el límite Norte de Mamaia.

All inclusive garbageI went there last year with a large group of work colleagues for an event. Very bad experience, the rooms were not so clean and the offered food was terrible (I remembered to write this review because i was discussing with my fiancee what was the worst place I have ever eaten and this was the winner). Also the drinks and cocktails were some of the cheapest things I have ever seen, they used some fake whiskey and jager to make them... and this was supposed to be a high rated hotel... two stars onlu because of the outdoor pool and beach access.

Good service, outdated hotelWhat I liked: -> very nice views from the room terrace -> good food, lots of variety. Good standard for "romanian" all inclusive -> good service. In Romania it is not that ofter to find nice & friendly & helpful people working in hotels. At Savoy I was surprised by the friendliness of the staff. -> pretty good Wifi. What I didn't like: -> the rooms are pretty old and outdated, some refurbishment could be useful. -> there is absolutely no noise insulation - you can hear all the noise from the beach (and please keep in mind that during weekends there is a party every night).

An ok experience - not the worst, but also not the best, good for familiesI am going to try to review every important feature, so... -there is a nice private beach (even though you can still see people trespassing at least a few times a day, trying to sell tourists all kinds of things, so the degree of private is debatable). Also, what I REALLY didnt like about the beach was the music they played. The DJ played CLUB MUSIC ALL DAY LONG. I think that it didnt go at all with the atmosphere, because when Im at the beach I would like to listen to RELAXING MUSIC. So, the beats didnt make me feel relaxed and I actually got headaches from them. And no, Im not some old-fashioned pal, I am a young person (18 years old), but there is a place and a time for each kind of music - please dont EVER play rave/club music at 10 am on a tuesday - the pool is amazing, pretty clean (a few leaves/bugs here and there, but in a normal, clean-pool amount) - honestly, I think the food is really good, even though I saw some bad reviews over here. I think they offer a good variety and try to cater for everyones tastebuds. You can find healthy, light food, but also fried, fast-food - the rooms are a bit outdated indeed, but they are ok in general. A bit small for my taste. A thing I really didnt like about the room I stayed in actually was the balcony, because it was separated by a wall with holes in it, that didnt offer me ANY PRIVACY at all. I could see and hear everything my neighbours did, and they could see and hear everything I did. REALLY disliked this feature. Also, I was able to hear EVERYTHING - and I mean EVERYTHING - my neighbours and people walking down the hallway did/said (havent they heard of sound isolation yet? Is 2019!) - the service was pretty good in general. I only encountered one angry lady, that had to refill my minibar and didnt like the fact that I didnt open the door immediately (that was because I was sleeping). Besides that, it was ok. - there were a few other flaws (like the fact that for entering the beach area, you just had to open a door, but to get back inside the hotel area, you HAD to have the key of your room with you in order to open THAT SAME DOOR. Just saying that there were numerous times that I didnt have mine with me and I had to go back to the beach to get my mums or I had to wait for someone from the hotel area to open the door) - for a family with kids, I think its pretty decent. Not taking into account the small rooms, there are LOTS (and I mean lots) of activities for kids, all day long. Im sure your kids wont get bored at all. But if you are a couple with no kids, or you are travelling alone, I do not recommend this hotel. I mean, during my stay, pretty much all of the people I saw here had kids, were expecting, or were here with their parents.

I do not recommend! It is an old hotel with bad servicesMy first reaction when I arrived to this hotel was to cry because the poor way the hotel looks and because the smell of mold that persists everywhere. I hoped that the restaurant will improve my first impression, but it did not. In no case can it be called a restaurant, but maximum a poor canteen. I would have left the hotel at that time, but it was already night and I had no opportunity to find accommodation elsewhere. The only good things about this location are the night entertainment programs for kids and adults and the coktails on the beach. That is all. If at least once you have experienced all inclusive outside Romania, I recommend that you do not go to this hotel because you will be very disappointed.
