  Horrible, sucio, caro y pésimo servicio

  Lamentablemente no leí las reseñas antes de reservar y por el precio esperaba un hotel decente, pero al llegar me encontré con un hotel horrible y muy sucio. Cuando llegue al hotel había dos señoritas en recepción, una ocupada y la otra sin hacer nada, pero cuando me acerque a ella para preguntarle si ella me podía ayudar con el check in, me hizo una cara espantosa de fastidio y luego me pidio mi apellido como si me estuviera haciendo un grandisimo favor. Ademas la habitación no podía estar mas sucia, horrible y sin acceso a internet!

  Run down & dirty

  The parking is free and plenty of it. Reception is friendly and clean. Unfortunately that is the best things I can say about this place. Duvet too big for cover so hung out of the bottom which showed how dirty it was. It had dried blood on it. After complaining to reception they sent a clean single duvet without a cover to my room but It was supposed to be a double. After complaining twice more i still didn't get a clean one after 48 hours. Bathroom window was stuck open so it was freezing in there. Too cold for a shower. Clear glass in the top part of bathroom window which gave the people in the apartments opposite a clear view into the bathroom. I booked a seaview room but the windows were that dirty i could hardly see out, I could see the skip under my window filled with rubbish though. When i first checked in, I was given the wrong room and was called back down to reception to collect the right key card. I heard a few people at the desk complaining about dirty rooms, wrong room keys given. One gentleman was complaining there was a family in the room and he hadn't even checked out yet. I was also under the impression there would be wi-fi but it is only available if you are sat in the lounge I wish i had taken notice of the bad reviews on this hotel. I would have saved myself over £100. This hotel needs quite a bit of money investing in it. Your money would be better spent in a different hotel.

  No hiding the fact

  Simply put- theres no hiding the fact this once grand hotel is in need of an update. However, me and the mrs just wanted a last minute cheap stop over the weekend and thats what we got. £35 for a Saturday night during the lights is a bargain. The room we had (124) was very basic but clean and tidy. Coffee in the room and a fairly basic but decent shower. Not much more to expect for the price. Staff were pleasant on arrival and the hotels main area still have an air of grandeur. Good location and ample free parking outside the hotel as well as pay and display it needed. Would definitely stay again, was fit for purpose.

  Was booked through booking .com What a dump dirty run down not safe no hand cleaning management was rude didnt care about gusts safety no masks nobody making anybody to keep distance the room was dirty curtain had mold bathroom was dirty sink had scum round the sink and full of hair even the bed had body hair on the sheets we did not stay the night and did not get a refund DO NOT BOOK HEAR DO NOT STAY I phoned the police and reported the in safe running of this hotel

  Great vacation in savoy

  The animation team was wonderful and we had a very wonderful stay and the staff were so helpful moreover the cleanliness of the hotel room was exceptional. I do recommend Savoy for having an exceptional vacation and for sure i will reserve at Savoy for my next vacation
