  Stayed in this hotel for a ski holiday could not fault the hotel will be back soon .thank you for you hospitality. Nothing is to much trouble . Even a pot of hot water for tea in the morning or at night wasn't a problem.

  Awful hotel - DO NOT GO HERE !!

  If you usually go skiing in other countries and are used to decent skiing hotels, I suggest you dont go here. Toxic vibe. The hotel manager was very rude and stuck up, didnt come and check up on us and when he did, he started an argument for a problem that wasnt our fault. Food was disgusting and the dining area was like a school canteen (untidy). Vegetables looked like they had been served straight out of a tin and the meat was dry and overcooked. Poor service too. The rooms were very small and had a poor standard of hygiene. Electrical equipment not at an acceptable standard. No smoke alarms in the rooms. DO NOT GO HERE !!!! Unless you want to waste £1500 per person. There are far better resorts and hotels which you can book for equally the same price and you will actually enjoy a stress free holiday if you book elsewhere where the staff are friendly and not offhand and rude. (We went in Feb half term 2019)

  Rubbish - This place is soul destroying

  I don't have a lot to say about this place, as I do not want the memories to haunt me for too long. If you want a good skiing holiday, then do not stay here! There's so many better places to stay than this dump! Horrible staff, felt harassed by them throughout my stay! Horrible small rooms, that are very poorly maintained. Smoke alarms in hallway only, none fitted in the room. The food is disgusting (I would not serve this to my dogs) and served in what can only be described as a school canteen. Not sure why Neilsons have this dump on their books?

  Ski holiday

  Brilliant location, 60 seconds to the lift, right on the high street for shops/ bars/ restaurants. Great communal lobby area with ping pong table, pool table, etc etc. Our friends stayed in a more up market hotel up the street but preferred to hang out in our hotel as the communal lobby and bar is ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily hotel was spotless the cleaning ladies who doubled up as restaurant staff worked very hard. Ideal for groups but not luxury if thats your thing. Negatives, food was poor. Anything Italian and pasta related was good, as were the deserts. The rest though was not. You dont go hungry though theres plenty to eat. Didnt use the sauna/spa as cost 20 a time which is a shame. I can understand an additional cost but seemed a tad high and wasnt really pushed not sure if they want to promote it. Would need ear plugs if light sleeper as right next to bars so noisy until 3am on Saturday night. I would return due to location and charm but would eat out more. Looks to be worthy of a visit in summer season also.

  Adequate and comfortable mid-range hotel positioned within 2 minutes walk of major ski lift. Owner/staff are helpful.

  Very reasonable price for B&B at a superbly located mid-range hotel, right next to the main Clotes lift. Room and decor was quite dated, but shower and facilities were good enough, and despite being close to main square was not disturbed by noise. Decent breakfast. WiFi connection was reliable. What stood out was that the manager was very helpful and friendly, and spoke good English. He exceeded expectations on my last day as he kindly gave me a lift to the train station and told me lots about the local area. So a very good experience.
