  Two night stays at Savita

  I stayed in this hotel for two days with my family. This hotel has very basic services, minimalist interior. It was quite during night sleep, plenty space of car parking area. During my stay, there were wedding ceremonies at noon two days in a row at lobby area, which supposed to be a public area for the hotel guests, made uncomfortable experience. Second experience that the staff did not make up our rooms in the 2nd morning which usually happened at other hotel. Try to get explanation from front officer and got disappointing answer. Need to improve the service level.

  Look elsewhere this hotel sucks

  We booked a family room. The family room was nice and spacious. Perfect for a family of five, However, it was boxed in and there were not many windows to offer natural light. The hotel looks reasonably pretty, but the maintenance and up keep are very poor. The swimming pool was filthy and when I inquired about it being cleaned they said it had been cleaned. The next day it was still dirty. I did not let my children swim in it. The breakfast was horrible. There was stale bread, no butter for the bread, no toaster, no options for a vegetarian. It was dirty and I really did not want my children eating from the hotel because I was afraid they would be sick. The service was poor. The girls working in the cafe were very unresponsive and unhelpful. The girl in the reception was good. On the day that we booked in there was a wedding, so much of the hotel guest area was taken up by this noisy function.

  Not Bad

  Savita garden inn I like the concept of this hotel. Garden in or zoo hotel. Honestly the only thing that i hate so much was mosquitos and unfortunately there are many mosquitos here in this hotel. I enjoyed so much swim in the pool but because the weather isn't good at that day, I couldn't swim at night. I am night swimmer as you know guys.lol The pool isn't really clean because there are many leaves in the pool. You should to clean up the pool every hour i think. For it's not a problem but I guess for those who cleanest person it would be a big problems. This hotel has dusty living room or rest hall in the second floor. I wish the owner will concern much about it. I don't like the breakfast menu. When I was check in this hotel, the hotel electricity's off due to problems of PLN but they don't have generator to handle this kind of thing. Oh ya one thing, you should buy Genset or generator so when the electricity off ,you have a power electric. Okay so far I don't hate this hotel and enjoyed my time there, but as I told you in the review at first, you should prepare everything like mosquito lotion and everything. Enjoy Sulton

  Nice place but not the service!

  We stayed at Savita Garden Inn at 21st April 2018. Pros: 1. Pretty wide parking lot, so you can easily park your car by your own. 2. Easy and fast check in. 3. Wide room, wide bathroom, both are clean. 4. Swimming pool. Cons: 1. No phone in the room. 2. Towels are smelly. 3. Only two bags of tea, no coffee, no sugar 4. No cable tv 5. Lack various of breakfast 6. The bar/ dining staff was not helpfull and not friendly 7. Dirty plates everywhere (around the swimming pool, and in some tables in front of the doors) As for budget hotel we can find another hotel with the same price but the better facilities.
