  Needs more improvements

  Although it's an old room but it was clean and spacious. However the bathroom needs a lot more attention. The bathroom itself smells.. the washing table is clogged badly so apparently you can't use it. You need to brush you teeth in the shower. The breakfast food was good. But the servers are just far from friendly. They never smile and pull long faces and just stand doing nothing until you ask for help. What I know is breakfasts are supposed to be all you can eat but I guess not here. I was with my wife and son and we tried to get a taste of unique dishes the offer for breakfast. The was this noodle stand and I was good. We ordered one it was delicious and tasty so we went ask for another one. The cook looked at us suspiciously but still made the noodle. When we asked for the third time he stare at me as if I just did a crime to him. And you know what.. it turns out to be true. When the noodle was served it was much smaller than the first two. So I guess the breakfast here you can't eat more even though you come with a family. Overall it is a good place to stay but I wouldn't recommend untill they improve the management system.   Poor information

  On the tiket.com booking says rooms with balcony, grand deluxe, arrive get room just oppose street, very noisy. No information at all, and at 10.00 am already asked if want to extend, seems to ask you to get away. Others ok. If want to stay confirm everything

  Good services and Nice Rooms

  The hotel looks so grand on the outside, with nice entrance to the lobby. We only stayed for 1 night there but it was quite memorable. My friends from out of town loves the ambience. We really had a good rest there as the room was large and comfy. The food was great, you can find various dishes from traditional to western. The staff were also nice and friendly. Revisit? Yes of course

  My first duty during pandemic

  This hotel became the first place i stay while duty during the pandemic. Only one night that facilitated by the host. Right on the main street. Easy to find. But used toothpaste to push the elevator button. Wearing mask...put the separator on each table in the restaurant. All serve with health protocol. But choose your room because we can hear the train sound

  Good place for vacation

  It's a good hotel with spacious room and strategic location in the middle of town. The staff is very nice and helpfull, they provide many tourism information and help me to book travel to bromo. Definitely choose this hotel when i come to malang again.
