  a good hotel but far from 4 stars

  Nothing wrong about this place: beautiful view, polite and helpful staff, clean and neat. But, compare to the price there are considerable negative points which you should know before you book this hotel: - no airco: it can be very very hot during the night in the summer time, even late April when we stayed. You cannot let the window open because the curtain doesn't allow it unless the curtain also is completely open - extremely soft mattress and pillows. If you are used to harder matrass it will be a problem - restaurant of the hotel is quite ok and has some good food but generally nothing special and over priced compared to what is offered - breakfast is rather simple but still ok - coffee at the breakfast is awful! If you are a coffee drinker then you're in trouble, the same as me!

  Would be a 5 but staff let it down

  Spotless, charming, wonderful food. Beautifull roomx. Just amazing but sadly the attitude of manager is disgraceful. Never have I come in from a trip to find as it's our last day our keys were witheld until bills were paid. Of course they should be but at least let us put our dinner drinks on said bill. So we declined to drink with our dinner and requested water which took 3 attempts. I'm saddened and shocked at the behaviour . What a missed chance as everything else was wonderful.

  Very clean, friendly staff

  We enjoyed our one night visit to this hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean, neat. The bathroom, modern. We arrived on a hot day and wished for a fan, since there is not air conditioning in the room. However, we did have a large patio door we left open through the night and that did help a small amount.

  I could happily live here!

  Its a shame we were only here one night. I could have lived here! A traditional Austrian hotel with beautifully modernised rooms. I had a comfortable, peaceful nights sleep. My room had a balcony, which overlooked the garden and the Austrian mountains. I had an evening meal here, which was delicious. My main meal was a mushroom risotto, and it was absolutely gorgeous! I very much hope to be back here again in the future, as I couldnt have asked for a nicer hotel.

  Austrian visit to Ebbs

  Travelled by coach to this great hotel in Ebbs for a week in Sept 2919 with Edwards Coaches .Beautiful views throughout our stay .Hotel is 4star and beautiful located among the hillsides ..Travelled during daytime to various places on little trains of Austria.
