  No fun at Sarti Plaza

  The town of Sarti is NOT like one of the Greek islands. It is a very "low rent". Loaded with Serbs and Bulgarians. Giant frowning men and women with huge stomachs waddling around. Beaches are nice but like lying in a giant sand ashtray as the people simply put their buts in the sand. Sarti town is the only place to stay because "new Sarti" looks like downtown Beirut. Antennas and clothes hanging to dry. Awful. All rooms to rent not many hotels. Sarti Plaza hotel is just about the only game in town and that's not good. The rooms are nice and large well decorated and the air conditioning works. The pool is nice and the location is great. BUT the owners are terrible. They don't clean the rooms, provide new towels or change the bedding. EVER. Long lists of rules hang everywhere. Guests are admonished for everything they do. No diving, no jumping, no running, no drinks at pool, no feeding the cats, no noise at all between 2:00 and 5:00 as the owners are napping? (They live in rooms 10 feet from the pool???) Not like Greece at all. NO FUN. The only other hotel is the Sarti inn but it is in a bad location.

  Very good small hotel

  The hotel is nice and cosy and our overall opinion is great. The towels and the sheets are changed every 3 days. The breakfast was good - cheese, ham, eggs, vegetables, fruits, mini cakes, coffee, tea and juice etc. The location of the hotel is excellent on a quiet street in spite of its near location to the beach and the main street where most of the shops (incl. super market) and taverns are located. There is a bar and a pool in the hotel, but we didn't have time to try them. There is a parking for about 8 cars in the hotel. You can park there if there is a free place at any time but when it is full you can park on the street in front of the hotel where there were always free places. There are no mosquito nets in the rooms. We couldn't use neither the air conditioner (positioned above the bed) nor the device (spray) against mosquitoes because of our baby, so it was kind of muggy when we closed the balcony door.

  Great place, very familiar and cosy atmosphere.

  First of all, don't expect a xxxx-starred luxury hotel. Nevertheless, it is clean, nice rooms and has everything you would expect. Beds could be more comfortable and bathrooms a bit better maintained. But, once you get used to that you'll have a very pleasant stay. The hotel is rather small and not crowded. More than sufficient space and beds at the pool. Nice poolbar. The hotel is run by a very nice family speaking at least English and German very well. Excellent service. If needed, the manager will give you a ride to, or pick you up with his own car from places in or around Sarti. The hotel location is quiet with just a very short walk to a the large beach. The touristic center of Sarti is also just a minute away. In general, Sarti predominantly accommodates guests from the surrounding countries (Serbia, Bulgaria, Hungary, ...), but you'll see a lot of German speaking tourists as well and many local people are able to speak German. For German speaking guests this hotel is a clear recommendation because the manager fluently speaks German and many guests do as well.

  Super luxury is accessible at Sarti plaza!

  Amazing and luxurious rooms that you can enjoy yourselves! I had a wonderful time at Sarti Plaza that I couldn't help but be impressed by the kindness of the owners and the beauty of the hotel!! The swimming pool is the most clean I've ever swim!!amazing cocktails by the red haired girl,called Eleni-a great and very helpful girl,that is always willing to help you and answer your questions. It's worth to mention that se said suggested me the most important places to see!!! Trust me, you will be glad if you ever visit this place!

  Very nice hotel.

  Very beautiful, clean hotel. We spend a good time there. Clean pool, good breakfast and a nice room. Beautiful yard and good, quiet location. 100-150m from the sea. Near You can got supermarket and everthing You want.
