    Excelente

Gran relación calidad precio. Buen desayuno. Gran servicio. Buen trato. Recomiendo contratar los traslados con ellos, son económicos y el transporte público deja bastante que desear. Paraje pintoresco, buenas vistas

    Cancellation of booking issues

Booked one weeks accommodation through website and left credit card as deposit. COVID19 prevented us travelling from NSW to Qld. Tried to call on several occasions to cancel book no response. Sent emails - acknowledged as received by the site and someone would get back within 24 hrs - did not happen. Charged us for the full weeks accommodation as they had no records of our cancellation despite being given copies of our responses. Totally, totally unethical and would not go near the place!!!

    2 star.. Not 4 star

Dirty, ant ridden, NO Room cleaning or service, or rubbish removal or towel change for 5 night stay, 3 varieties of ants in room, sprayed twice, no difference. Outside room area dirty. Overlooked, small, rubbishy not cleaned or maintained. No help from female manager. Not 4 star, try 2 star. No lift to pool on roof. Dirty clothes and cleaners stuff left in dirty laundry. Foyer left dirty all day with leaves and debris blown all over floor. Don't stay there go next door to Melaluka. Very disappointed. Bed was good. Recept. Not attended much. The ants had made a home in my spa, and the 2 benches. Carpet smelled like urine. Pictures overexadurate.

No to so pet friendly and firendly

Be aware that this hotel is only offering pet friendly studio accommodation located at the back of the property. It is not mentioned on websites such as booking.com. Before you book, please take in consideration our experience. Despite we contacted them quickly after booking to double check everything for our 2 small dogs, they told us that the sea view apartment we booked was not pet friendly and that they have to move us to the mountain view apartment (which was, based on their comment, ' a gift' as normally it is studio only..yeah,yeah). We said 'thank you but no' as we booked this hotel for the sea view and ask for a refund. As our booking was non- refundable they refused despite the fact we have been mislead by their listing (they recognised that info is not accurate on BK.com but 'because the website do not let them change them'..yeah yeah #2) and contacted them shortly after booking (note that if you travel with dogs they do not ask you to contact them before booking but just to contact them to give the details). They categorically refused to reimburse us, and after several emails trying to explain the situation, we even offer 25% to cancel (silly we are). They refused this offer it is at that moment they probably realised we booked with booking.com and it was a 'pay at the property' booking and tried to debit the full amount while we were talking about cancellation option. A very rude and dodgy behavior. We understand that they can hide themselves behind a non refundable policy (fair enough) but I think that sometimes you have to be logical : we cancelled for a good reason as they were not able to offer us the room they advertised AND we were at almost 4 MONTHS of the booking (seriously, it is giving enough time to find someone else knowing it is the best appartement of the hotel!) !! At the end, after weeks of fights involving booking.com and them, they offered us to stay in the Sea view apartment (humm where is the logic ?...) We refused as obviously we didn't want to support anymore such a business who tried to steal our money. Best part ? Today, out of nowhere, they cancelled our booking without fees. My message to the owner and staff involved in this 'fiasco/joke' : do not beg for the support of your community during crisis such as COVID if you act like that when 'normal times' are back and you feel more confident. Shame on you. You lost your booking, the 25% we were kindly ready to pay you, and your reputation. This hotel has absolutely NO LOGIC and do not know how to handle clients request and complaints (see other recent reviews) I just think it is also important to share this kind of customer service experience while this industry is largely communicating on how WE HAVE to support hospitality during COVID (=make you feel guilty if you are not doing it). I am sorry but they also have a duty of service and keep in mind this year they have a captive national market and should be also supportive of their clients instead of trying to steal the money like Sarayi did. Lucky I removed funds on my CC otherwise at today they would have booked my room to some else and charge me the $500. Not sure it is a beautiful lesson of honesty but at the end they did what they should have done 48hours after our message..pathetic.

Rude staff and very unpleasant experience

From the check in experience to the rooms I had a very unpleasant experience and regret my choice to stay there. I arrived at the hotel at 3pm (having booked online) and there was no one at reception. I waited patiently for 2 hours and no one came to the desk, I had no response to my email and the phone number left to call went to an automated msg bank with no information. Eventually a fellow guest noticed me waiting and told me the receptionist Jess was upstairs in the pool. I excitedly went up to ask her to check in and she was extremely rude to me and annoyed I was disturbing her in the pool drinking beers with her boyfriend (acting as though I was an idiot for not checking myself in- while given no instructions). Finally I got into my room and it had a bad/ un ventilated smell and there was a dead cockroach on the carpet (clearly no one had checked on the room in a while). I also felt uncomfortable using the pool/ walking around incase I saw the receptionist again. I would not recommend staying here and good luck with checking in.
