Sarajevo hotelThis hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. It is not a place for tourists make no mistake. Do not let the location fool you because the neighborhood is more of a brothel. The scenery is very hostile ,inapropriate and not suitable for kids especially during the night: hookers, police agents, fights, drunk people, homeless people, vomit, pee... no good for the sensitive eye or any eye for that matter. The hotel is used by prostitutes and their clients; There is no room service the breakfast is mediocre to say the least like nothing I have ever seen. They don't clean the rooms well. They don't change the towels or th sheets when I first came the sheets were dirty. The staff barely spoke any english. One night when we were going in we saw a rat go into our room and we had to change rooms. Another time we got back and we found out they changed our room, they took our stuff and moved it to the other room without our consent, they even opend the safebox and moved the money we had there, they opend our bags and stuffed our things in them to take them to the other room. No notion of privacy what so ever. I have nothing positive to say about this hotel. Do not book it if you have any standards about hygiene and comfort because you won't find them there. They absolutely ruined my week.

An absolute dump - avoid like the plagueIt should tell you a lot that most of the reviews tagging this place as 'excellent' are from people with just one contribution. This is simply the worst place I have ever stayed. We had booked for three nights, but on getting to our room, we found the bath and shower were simply disgusting. Beyond that, dangerous. We asked to change and were told the hotel was full, which I don't think was true. It was a Saturday night and we went out for dinner but came back around 11 to sleep. This place is in the middle of a nightlife district with loud music blaring all night. Which is fine - except the windows are single glazed and let every sound through. Not only that, but the guy who told us the hotel was full came up and began changing covers in the room across from ours (601) at 1.30am, while holding a loud conversation on his phone. We asked him to be quiet and he stopped, but then the cleaners did the same thing all over again at 7.30am. Breakfast was half an hour later than advertised and was a plate of unappetising egg mess, rather than the buffet advertised on various sites. We made up our minds to leave and the guy claimed Booking.com had our money and he would agree to any request to refund it. He and his pal were thoroughly unhelpful as we stood there, ignoring us and conversing in their own language while staring at the computer screen. Ignore these false reviews which are designed to bump up this kip's rating. It's an absolute hole and should be avoided at all costs. The curtains don't even stretch all the way across the windows!!!!

02SEPT-09SEPT GREAT VALUE FOR MONEYLoved it. The negative reviews from the past shows that this hotel has had a huge turnaround. I will definitely be staying here again. Will not recommend a family with children and that is no fault of the hotel i can assure you and the trash is never bought in. The 7 nights that i spent i have not seen any suspicious activity and i spent alot of my evenings chatting to 'SUITS' at the front desk who can talk fluent English and we have had very good conversations. Highly recommended for a couple/friends/solo etc
