  Great veiw but Poor services

  This hotel for spending vocation close to the beach of Caspian sea is a great choice. But its location relative to the Baku city center is not good. Although, you can reach to the city center by not expensive taxi and bus, of course, the bus station is about 500 m (8 min) far from the hotel. Furthermore, there are some great restaurants near the hotel such as Nar & Sharab and Darya Fish House. The most important disadvantages of the hotel are: 1) very bad services, including room service, bar and café shop service, 2) its staff who don't know English, and 3) If you want to stay in a hotel for good sleeping at nights, it is not appropriate. Because, in most nights hold private ceremonies, weddings and others till mid nights on the front of the hotel.

  Weekend stay

  Hotel nice, rooms basic. Breakfast average.Bar and pool staff friendly. Pool superb. However, reception staff less than helpful. If staying at this hotel PLEASE PLEASE use the safety deposit box. Big mistake I didnt. Im a very trusting person, and feel sick at the thought that anybody can take someone elses property. Not something you would expect from anybody, but certainly not from a hotel advertising as 4 star. I am one very upset and disappointed customer.

  a great hotel

  I cant say enough good things about this place. The location is not the best I admit..but.The rooms are big and airy and well appointed. It us tastefully decorated-like you are in a a fancy house. Breakfast is fantastic and if that isnt enough..THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE=they cant do enough to help. GO there in summer when you can appreciate the pool and seaside

  nice hotel but.....

  very nice hotel but,one small elevator for 5 Floors hotel,Dining room is nice but i am still waiting for an omelet to come (never got it) the spa is nice, but didn't work when we came , we had to wait for gowns that should be in the room

  will not recommend this hotel.

  Room was nice ,spacious.Shower could not be adjustet with cold water.The same in sink tap.Hand shower was plugged with lime.Technical staff has no knowledge how to set A/Cto normal temp.When asked for two face towels that were missing Irecieved two floor rugs with holes.
