  Not worth the money

  Things I liked - park, view from my hotel room. Staff does not speak English!!! I had difficulties ordering water. When I arrived at 5pm they told me restaurants dont work (poor English) I was not explained where the bars and other activities are located, had to wonder around hotel all by myself. I got a leaflet with the times of restaurants and find out that the actual lunch starts at 7pm, so I could eat after arriving. The massage guy from the SPA was very pushy for you to buy a massage. Food - very repetitive, it tastes nice, but not much variations. No shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. You get only soap or shower gel which you have to use for washing your hair and body (not 5* star) Animation is pretty poor, every second day there are games, and other times actual performances. Now I am staying in another hotel - it is 1000000 times better! This hotel does not deserve a 5* ranking, it is a budget way hotel. Ofc, if you are Russian or German maybe you wont feel bad, because the staff speak your language. Guest relations speak ONLY TURKISH AND RUSSIAN, I found this ridiculous! There are long queues in the pool bar during the evening after animation is over, only couple of waiters bringing u the drinks, so u have to go and wait in a queue... overal - the hotel environment is looked after pretty nicely, but the experience was not nice!

  Perfect holiday

  I went there this year in August for holiday relaxion ....and I found this place wonderfull ...I had a Great holiday there and I could do a lots of things there ...Also I found my room cleaner than the most of location where Ive ever stood and I had a Great view from there.I could see the seaside and I used too wach every day the sun in the morning and in the evenings too..I loved to do that and my familie too.I found out them with a great design and very spacefull,also in the fridge I could Find a wide range of drinks like limonade or orange juice,very confortable for us when we need something for clearing the thirst....Also I didnt have problema with the stuff and the serving had a Good quality ,in the lunch you had also a wide range of restaurants ..one at the -2 floor,one near the pool and one near the beach.The food had a Great taste .Also I love there to eat the waffle and to put of them fruits and chocolate.Every desert there it was like the Turkeys taste ,I loved the Icecream, baclava and the pancakes there .The beach was very clean too and I Find it very romantical for going for a walk.Near the beach you can Find hammocks and I used to read there ,it was for me like in paradise...But there are things for improving there ..At the shows or at the pool you speak a lot in Russian or in German...and a Little BIt in English..I know that all the hotels have a diplomatic rule:first speaking in the countrys national language ,second in the language of internationale circulation,third in others..Its about diplomacy and respect..I had a great holiday there and thank you very much for this !!

  Very good hotel

  Generally speaking, this is a very good all-inclusive hotel. It has officially 5 stars, but by Western (European) standards it would be a solid 4 star hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient, rooms and the entire property is clean, there is a large variety of food options, sea/beach area is easily accessible. This hotel mostly attracts German and Russian tourists. However, this is not a problem, because all guests are welcome here. Less positive aspects of this hotel are: relatively small (although beautiful) garden and beach area around the hotel itself; music time by the pool is too long (from 10 am to 5 pm), there should be more time for quiet relaxation. Overall, I think hotel is worth visiting; I recommend it to everyone.

  As amazing hotel

  A very great and big hotel. German-oriented. Rooms and surroundings are thoroughly cleaned. We went in September, there weren't many little children, so we rested quietly.The food was good. There is a small but beautiful park near the hotel. One of the minuses is the location. There is a bazaar a kilometer away, nothing more. The hotel is suitable for a relaxing stay :)

  Relaxing holidays

  Nice big hotel, German - orientated, very clean, good entertainment team, drinks quality is good, big food variety, from main restaurant to snack bar and beach bar. Location is ok, you can go to Alanya with local bus for 8 TRY per person in about 1hour.
