Great stayI needed a place up cape for a few days that would take the Cats. This was the perfect match. Located right on MA 28 it was great, exactly where I needed it to be. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff incredibly accommodating. Lori could not have been more wonderful, like I was the only guest there. The room was well maintained yet felt like old Cape Cod. Should I need a place up cape again, no doubt this would be it.

Great!Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Room was perfect! Very clean. we rented the 2 bedroom - plenty of room for 4 people. Some of the outlets didnt work but we were always able to find one that did. Could use a dvd player for the TV. Cute little ice cream place next door was amazing!

Below expectations in every way.We had three rooms for our family. We had stayed there previously and found the two-bedroom suite to be comfortable and in reasonable shape. This time our rooms were the regular rooms. The bathrooms are definitely in need of remodel. The rooms were acceptable but not great. Beds were comfortable enough. There was a musty smell in the bathrooms. The showers in the bathrooms were not cleaned to an acceptable level. One of our rooms was next to a pet-friendly room where the dog was left on its own one morning (contrary to the inn's policy). That morning the dog was barking incessantly for over 30 minutes. The owner of the inn responded reasonably well although he denied that the dog was barking without first going to the room. If you stay there try to stay far away from the pet-friendly rooms! Overall we were disappointed and probably won't stay there again.

Usually a pleasant stayI have stayed here before and when the need for a pet friendly hotel down Cape came up again, I did not hesitate to book here. As with all stays pet friendly makes or breaks the deal. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. The non carpeted floors are always a plus and something I really appreciate traveling with Cats. I believe the rooms were recently renovated. The exterior entrances make it easy to unload and load the car. Some of the other features I appreciate are; good water pressure, lots of hot water, plush towels and an accommodating staff. If I could change one thing it would be more comfortable seats at the desk, they are rough on the back. Unfortunately on this stay there was a late night ruckus that greatly impacted my sleep. There are numerous services close by.

Find another placeFirst I will say I looked online for reviews, the reviews were good enough for us to book. I gave it a two star rating because it was clean and convenient. :: it was a convenient place for us to stay because our family lived a few minutes away. Next time Ill book another place even tho it would be a bit further away. The place is being renovated which was not mentioned online. No amenities. Asked for a coffee maker, they gave us a dirty coffee maker and no coffee. Bed and pillows were so hard, that we didnt sleep very good, bathroom tiny, shower was very dark. Have to pay extra for a refrigerator and microwave. When we checked in they had already charged our card before we arrived. We felt like we were bothering them, they raced around so much, it was heres your key, your room number is ###. Then off they went to a back room. To say this is a low end hotel that cost a high price. That statement would sum it all up. Drove by the Inn because we didnt see the hidden sign at night. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...
