  Great deal for family and monthly rent

  We stay in Santipran Place 2 weeks before my wife deliver our baby in Bangkok Udon Hospital which is 500 meters from Santipran Place. Which is near in Central Mall where we go out for family bonding. We stayed in Santipran for 3months. We enjoy living there, you feel like you are Home away from Home. The staff are awesome and lovely.. Khun Dowdy, the Manager speaks fluent english and generous she even give our baby a gift; the assistant is so hard working and always smiling; Khun Nanang the laundry lady is so lovely and hard working.. Santipran Place is the best deal for family monthly rent in Udon Thani, Thailand. What an awesome experience!! Regards, Raymond Concepcion and family

  Pleasant Place for Short or Long Stay

  The Santipran offers short and long stay options, short stay on the ground floor. Comfortable room with cable tv, air-con, fan, fridge and even an electric kettle for early morning coffee. Owner very helpful and speaks very good English. Walking distance to UD Town market, city center shops and the railway station. Well worth considering if you are looking for a short or long stay in Udon Thani.

  Just over 10 minutes walk from the train & bus station

  Nice place in a quiet area (apart from the school next door). It's good value for money. The lady at reception doesn't seem to speak any English but checkin went smoothly. There's lots of space. The wifi didn't cover thw hole of the room. There's a large fridge, a kettle, a fan in the main room and aircon in the bedroom. You can't adjust the aircon, you can just turn it off/on via the power switch on the wall. The shower was good. There's a wooden table with 4 chairs in the kitchen/main room. I couldn't hear the school from my room but you can hear it from reception. The train station bus station and the nearest 7/11 were just over 10 minutes walk away. It's about 5 minutes walk from 'Soi Farang'. I paid 9.10 in the low season

  Excellent value for money

  We aimed for a room with two double beds, instead we had two rooms with double bed in each, a kitchen with microwave, table and chairs, two bathrooms and all the usual amenities like air con, tv , fridges etc. The children had plenty of space to run around and play. The rooms were clean and the linen had a really clean smell. On top of that it was just around the corner from the night market. Close enough to walk but far enough not to be disturbed by it. What a wonderful find. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

  Solid option for a centrally located stay, in UD City.

  Santipran Place is a solid option if one is looking for an economically priced and conveniently located (sits on the edge of the centre of town), accommodation choice, while in UD city. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in a corner unit on the second floor, for several hassle free nights, there recently. It is a very short, flat walk to Soi Sampan (drinking street) and the UD central night market (for casual dinning and shopping). The hotel has a bit of a homely, retro feel too (see my YouTube) which I really like and, I would happily stay here again.
