  Substantial potential, however long road of improvements ahead

  Sante wellness retreat sets its aim to be among the top luxury spa hotel's in South Africa and is not a cheap experience. However, compared to experiences to the Conrad Pezula, The One&Only and Simola, you have a long way to get to that standard: [1] Please be upfront to your clients that the road towards your retreat is in a terrible condition. It instantly spoils the experience if you decide to take your luxury vehicle out to the spa and can barely drive it to retreat. (see photo) [2] Do not offer your villas which are still under construction. The entrance to the villa was literally a building site. Your villas are not cheap and one would expect that attention to detail will be a given. [3] At the spa a steam room is advertised. Upon arrival, it was mentioned that it takes 30 min to get it ready, which is no problem. It was mentioned once it is ready one will be notified, no one came back to say its ready. [4] The check-in process was nothing less than incoherent. Please communicate more clearly, especially where to park and do not send a lady out to carry heavy bags, then I will do it myself. Give credit where credit is due. The spa facilities are exceptional. Sante has substantial potential, nonetheless, it is not a polished luxury experience yet.

  A higher level

  I must say that Sante was an exceptional experience and an absolute pleasure.Whatever clouds you come with,will be lifted.Everything that we consumed was healthy and tasted amazing.This together with the high quality treatments received, resulted in an uplifting experience.I was particularly pleased to see the positive transformation in my partner.   Fantastic Spa with an absolute perfect service, best healthy food and extraordinary Gym& interior

  Santeé is for sure one of our absolutely favorite Hideways close to Cape Town. Terrific nature pairs with an extraordinary service, very friendly staff and beautiful rooms and interior/exterior designs. The Gym offers everything you need even as an ambitioned athlete. The healthy food is outstanding. No sugar. No preservatives, clean and delicious and perfect as part of the healthy lifestyle you live here. Everything is clean, top in style and even special wishes go through immediately. The Spa is excellent and so the whol stay for us is a 10/10! Next year again.

  Relaxing pregnancy massage

  I was treated to a relaxing 'mom to be' massage at Sante Spa. I felt safe and relaxed from the moment I arrived. The staff were all very friendly and the spa was perfectly clean and sanitised. I was offered bottled water on arrival and after my treatment. The therapist, Josephine, was excellent and professional and I left feeling relaxed and calm. My stiff and aching muscles definitely showed a vast improvement.

  best full body massage

  visited Sante spa and had the full body massage. i was a little bit sceptical about having a massage in lockdown. turns out there was no need to be. Covid19 protocols were followed. i have to say that this was by far the best full body massage i had ever had. my husband also had the full body massage and he said the same thing. his therapist applied the correct amount of pressure at all times which is quite difficult since my husband likes to have a very hard pressure. the therapists were both very well trained and knew what they were doing. it was not only a massage rather felt like a treatment. it was just amazing. the best ever. the facilities are really nice too with the pool and jacuzzi available for use. we then stayed over at the hotel which was just on another level of amazing. the rooms were spacious and bright. the food was awesome at the restaurant on site.
