  Great value ,clean and well managed

  Santana Apartments provide great value for money in a great location with excellent management. My one bedroom apartment was spacious, very clean with a full kitchen and appliances,Foxtel, free internet and a balcony. It also has a heated swimming pool and spa with a very well maintained barbecue facility. The apartment is very close to the tram stop and walking distance to restaurants. For value, cleanliness, facilities and location it has to be a 10/10. Im well traveled and dont often rate a 10/10 !!

  Very poor customer service

  My partner had booked ahead for 10 days but had to cut his stay short half way as of an emergency hospital admittance. The management never refunded any of the prepaid fees, even though we'd handed over the original admission form and explained the special circumstances. Humanity obviously doesn't count to them but making profit. Very poor.

  MY APARTMENT SMELLS LIKE URINE AND CURRY!

  I booked 7 nights and arrived 10 minutes ago, upon entering my room (room 22) i was greeted with the very unpleasant and overpowering smell of what smelt like butter chicken and urine of some sort. I asked the receptionist if she could smell it and she just gave me a evil look and said it smells like air freshener to me which i found very hard to believe because the whole foyer stunk of it. I have already found 2 pubic hairs in my room one being on the vanity in the bathroom and one in the clothing basket. Not to mention it felt like I wasnt welcome from the start, i should have followed my gut turned around and ran for the hills! Ill definitely be booking a different hotel for my remaining 7 days. Biggest waste of money unless you like curry, urine and pubic hair. (SECOND TIME UPLOADING MY REVIEW AS THE OWNER KEEPS DELETING IT).

  Cosy & comfortable stay

  My husband and I visited Gold Coast for our honeymoon and stayed here for 5 nights. Cosy apartment with many facilities. Easy to find and also fairly close to convenient stores and shopping malls - Oasis & Pacific Fair. Overall we enjoyed it!

  Not pleasant

  The room we were given had no air conditioning. Summer time in QLD with temps in the high 30s you expect air conditioning to be standard. The next morning we asked to be moved and were given a smaller room. That was fine but the extra $10 a night (for 4 nights) and the $50 cleaning fee for the first night was not fine! Oh, and if you ran out of toilet paper you were charged $1 for another roll! Should have looked elsewhere but probably wouldnt have got our money back. Not very friendly, and English wasnt great.
