  Good deal

  Thats a fine small pension with a house owned restaurant, managed by the family. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are equipped with excellent furniture, view to the street but quite in the night. The house seems to be renewed last year, everything is well kept and clean. Breakfast better than expected.

  Great stay!

  Comfortable, clean room with air-conditioning, free wi-fi, excellent, central, yet quiet location (no noise at night), breakfast buffet with plenty of food. From here, you can walk everywhere in town, beach nearby. Super-friendly, very helpful management! We had a great holiday in Santa Marija! We will come back!

  As always great

  I've stayed in this hotel many times and always enjoyed it. Great food, lovely people and beautiful rooms. The hotel is also close to the beach and very central. Novigrad is a nice little city with nice people and flair. Would recommend it to everyone. :)

  Ideal location

  We stayed with friends here for 6 nights. We were greeted very warmly and helped with our cases up to our second floor rooms. The rooms were very light and clean and well furnished with a multi jet power shower. There was free wifi in the rooms and very efficient air conditioning. The location is ideal for Novigrad. We chose to pay the 7 a day for parking outside the hotel. It is roped off. The only snag is you have to be very good at parallel parking into what is quite a small space if you have a hire car like ours, a Renault Scenic, that literally just fitted into the blue lines on a reasonably busy street. The breakfast was lovely, choice of eggs, we can recommend the scrambled eggs with ham, a huge portion! The young man was very helpful showing us how to operate the tv. Our only slight criticisms were no information in rooms re services and we would have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities. Although the food and service at breakfast was excellent we were put off eating at the restaurant in the evening as some fellow guests always brought their dog down to breakfast and sat him or her in a chair at their table. The dog was very well behaved and it is good to see a hotel welcoming pets but we personally found it off putting to see a dog sat in a dining chair that would be used by other customers. All in all an excellent stay with very friendly welcoming hosts.

  A very nice small hotel in Novigrad

  Very nice location, about 100 meters from the excellent beach of Novigrad. Friendly staff, good breakfast, a very nice room with a balcony of good size. Will certainly select the same little hotel again the next time we go to Novigrad / Cittanova in the Istrian coast.
