  The Pool was Perfect - Friendly People Everywhere

  We enjoyed our stay at Santa Maria Harbour Resort and will stay again next time we are in Ft Myers. The pool is wonderful and our condo was beautiful. Newly updated with awesome bathrooms. #311. My only two issues are the glass top stove and the wifi. If you are the type that likes to cook on vacation it's not a great cooking surface. Insignificant for most travelers I would guess. The wifi was difficult to get to work. It would fail significantly. Only an issue because we wanted to upload our photo's every night to social media and the cloud storage.

  Nice once problems were resolved!

  Arrived at condo to find refrigerator and sink full of fruit flies. After we cleaned them out, we didn't see any more..we then had an issue with the A/C, couldn't get it to turn on..called the rental office, she said she would call someone, after an hour it finally came on, but still had not received a call from anyone...we then couldn't connect to the internet...after several calls and attempts came to find out they gave us the wrong info to connect! I actually had to go to another condo and ask the tenants if they had any idea how to connect!! Also, the last day we were there, the elevator was out...we were on the 2nd floor and waited and waited for the elevator only to end up taking the steps and getting to the ground level to see the elevator door wide open with a couch and fan in front of it! I thought not only did that seem dangerous, but I would think a sign on all of the floors letting you know the elevator was out of order would have been nice! The good-----Location is nice...while not on the beach, it is a very easy walk across the street...also walking distance to many stores and restaurants...The pool also is very nice and clean!

  A Thanksgiving trip to visit my son in Bonita Springs took a decided turn for the worst when we arrived at our VRBO lodging. The property is a good location and the buildings and grounds are well kept. However, the condo itself was a major disappointment. After enjoying Thanksgiving dinner with my son's family, we arrived to check in at 9 pm. The overall condo condition was shabby at best. It was poorly cleaned and the cupboards and fixtures were dirty. The owner didn't even have the courtesy to provide some basic amenities like TOILET PAPER!!! The air conditioning could not cool the room lower than 75 degrees and was running constantly. The INTERNET was a joke and a note on the fridge suggested that the dining table was the best reception area. Seriously??? This IS the 21st century! The other condo in the same building where other family members stayed was clean, and up to date, all appliances worked. I will never rent thru VRBO again. They advertise a per night price, but the additional fees are ridiculous. The "owners" of some of these properties are simply listing agents who don't care what your experience is, good or BAD! Avoid Unit 313 at this property. Property ID 79706.

  Great Family Vacation

  This is a great place to stay. It is very clean and great location. Will book again for next year. Close to a strip mall with restaurants and a block from the beach. It is 4 miles from downtown Fort Myers Beach

  Great location

  Right next to the marina, this quiet condominium resort offers relaxation for enjoying all that Florida has to offer. Huge pool for swimming or sunbathing, grills for eating on the deck, short walk to the gulfs sandy shores. Next door is Santini Plaza with multiple restaurants, shops & amenities. Enjoy evening music on the beach for dinner & dancing. Many local activities- sport fishing, dolphin tours, Lovers Key State Park, Naples Zoo, Everglades air boats, & shopping galore. Even a day trip to Busch Gardens or Orlando parks is possible.
