  Quiet and friendly

  I stayed for 8 nights, and found myself slept better than my business travel before, probably because it is so quiet, and the temperature and humidity is perfect. The host really thought of everything, it was like living in my own home. Highly recommended!!! There is a loundry about 3 minutes walk from the house, and in the same area you can get your liquor and everything. And it is a 5 minutes drive to the beach, very convenient.

  I was made very welcome as soon as i arrived

  Good security on the main entrance & on the room I stayed in. Very clean & well laid out, Room was of a good size with large bed, tv,& selection of goodies in the fridge. The private bathroom which was large with a shower that 4 people could get in, A Spa Tub. Nothing was to much trouble during my stay. Thank you, Alan

  Dear Allen and team, It was a pleasure meeting you and your family. And it is certainly a pleasure to say how wonderful my stay at the Santa Maria Residence was. It turned out to be exactly as depicted on the website, The living room and dining room were large and comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms luxurious, the house was well-maintained and quiet. All was spotlessly clean and the linens and towels generously supplied. The mid-week cleaning was an unexpected bonus. The location could not be any better located and your suggestions both in person and in the binder in the house provided an insider's view of the city. Thank you for also being. Fabulous host. I must also compliment you on the directions from the airport to your place, And cooking recipes My only regret is that our stay was far too short! Thank you, again, Sergio

  If you would like one of the most elegant and hospitable stays in your life then this is the place to stay , if they had a rating for six stars I would give this as Allan and his extremely professional and friendly team treated me with the utmost regard and the amenities and service were impeccable , I throughly enjoyed my two stays here 1 being eight days and another for for 6 I thank Allen and his delightful team Jenny and joy for a most memorable and happy stay -- Lachlan

  Exceptional B&B

  Roomy, elegant house in a quiet residential area across from a city park, close to the Fremantle markets and ferry terminal, and within walking distance of a good Italian restaurant and pub. Our bedroom came with a well-supplied minibar, a large closet, and a beautiful bathroom with double sink. The breakfast area was extremely well stocked with quality food. Allan (the owner), his business partner Joy, and the two adorable dogs worked as a team to make our stay super-comfortable and relaxed. We were even contacted before the trip to ensure that the breakfast available would conform to special dietary requirements. It deserves at least 5 stars!
