  Not for family stay... disgusting & very bad staff

  Hello friends Would like to provide my feedback review bad experience during my visit to SanJose resort. First of all I did not like anything, location, care taker staff & the amenities. I went with the family (wife & kid) but wife was feeling insecure since we were only the guest were staying, place looking isolated & staff are not local but from north(could see only guys there). room was average & food served in dirty vessels & staff behaviour was weird. no proper answer from them. I personally felt it was not the place for family. Secondly, since its my responsible to safe guard my family & more concerned I thought we leave the resort with our bags to visit Talakaveri & Bhagamandala if in case its late to return back to resort will find a shelter somewhere instead taking risk in that dark night driving back to Virajpet. Unfortunately due to weather change & long drive my kid fell sick & I was more worried & luckily found a homestay in Talakaveri & could do some medication to my son. due to this tension I could not inform SanJose resort that am not coming back. again there was no mobile signal to make any calls. It was seriously a terrific experience I could not explain what I went through. Next day, Staff from SanJose called me & used abusing language, he had no courtesy to listen to the reason for not coming back & talked non-sense without any respect. which was annoying. I could not take it. Am regular traveller with family to different places & for the first time I made a resort booking through Bookings.com but am very much disappointed & fooled with reviews updated

  Lovely place for family and very good service

  This was our second trip to the place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. It has a very nice location, especially if you are admirer of nature. Service was very good. Staff takes personal care to make you feel at home.

  Was Okay!

  Sanjose holiday was home was good, but can be much better. Or maybe, we went during the wrong time. Rooms were pretty decent. There was no power when we reached and there was no power back up. It is in the middle of nowhere, and somehow the surroundings were also too dull. It was like someone built a place just for the heck of it. The people were friendly though and did help a lot. Yes, there is also lack of manpower because there were just these 2 guys I saw who were running the whole place. Anyways, they can do a lot to make it a better place :)

  Awesome experience, superb service!

  I and family visited Coorg in August 2017. It was a long weekend and Coorg was completely full. We booked Sanjose Holiday Home and caretaker Anand was so welcoming and informative. He suggested us few places which we covered on the way from our way from Bangalore to Coorg. When we reached to Sanjose Holiday Home, we were thrilled with the overall beauty of this place. This place has a playground where badminton court is there, surrounding is very nice, beautiful, peaceful and serene. Service from staff is superb, you ask for a thing and in 10 minutes it's there. Food is awesome. That too they don't serve you in standard quantity, they serve food as you are eating in home i.e. in big bowls. Our room had a dining room setup which is superb. A must to stay place in Coorg!

  It was great and services is good and place is covered with environment and great place spent time.... near estates children's would be more happy to enjoy there thanks to all for giving us great services
