The very best location in Southern Ireland!

Weve been there for a few days - way too short! Breakfast was great (especially the full Irish one), the view is amazing (from breakfast room as well as from our bedroom). You have a breathtaking view over the bay! The bathroom was very little, but you dont spend a lot of time in there, right? Host was very friendly and welcoming, had some brilliant tips on what to do (e. g. Cape Clear Island). The room was very clean, we got new blankets every day! She was like a caring mother to us! :-) Its far away from any mayor city (only two very good restaurants within the next 15 minutes by car, which you urgently need there!), but thats what we wanted. Amazing quiet place. Next time well be in Ireland its a must-stay again! Greetings to Breda (the loving host) from the German couple :-)

The location, views, breakfast and our host.

The view from our seaview room was fantastic. The breakfast room gave similar views, as per website photos. The local town, Castletownshend, had enough evening meal options to satisfy everyone, we ate both nights at Mary Ann's, fantastic meals, great service and lots of locals to tell you about the place and where to go. Lucky to pick a night at Lill's pub when there was a local Irish band doing a music session, great evening. Our host Breda was fantastic, gave plenty of good advice on what to see and how to drive there. Jim and Diana Australia

    Worth a visit

Spent last night in this magnificent spot. The location was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The view was out of this world and the little cove to swim in was gorgeous. The b&b was spotlessly clean and we were welcomed warmly. The breakfast was better than any 4 star hotel served by the lady of the house, while admiring the stunning views. Well done

    The best of the best

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent B&B and can assure you we will be back. Upon arrival we were gobsmacked at the views out over the bay, think staying on the Cliff of Moher. We have a very large an spacious room with views out over the bay. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic again overlooking the bay and one of the mornings we saw a pod of about 20 dolphins come in which was quite amazing. Breda the host is a lovely woman and gave great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. The B&B is also located right beside a very beautiful secluded beach and I would recommend a swim!

    Best hostess ever!

I have travelled to 40 countries and stayed in hundreds of B&Bs and hotels across the globe. This was the best experience I have ever had. Breda was by far my favourite hostess. Honestly, the most genuine, real and down-to-earth business owner I have met. She made our stay incredibly comfortable. The yummy cooked well presented breakfasts each morning were served beautifully with a smile...the rooms were comfortable, the views from the dining room and our bedroom were stunning. What more can anyone ask for!? I'll remember this particular trip for the rest of my life because Breda was personal, passionate and professional... 100 stars.
