  Impeccable place with excellent service

  First day at Christchurch and was welcomed by a pleasant gentleman by name Kim. The rooms was so ultra clean and furnished with taste. Felt at home. I would highly recommend this place. It is conveniently located close to the airport and there are good options for dining nearby

  Cosy accommodation and awesome hosts

  When i was booking this accommodation i thought it would be just a good quality backpacker but when i arrived it exceeded my expectations! As i was driving from Queenstown i arrived after 10pm and i was met with a very friendly and helpful host. Even though the guests usually have shower here before 9pm and after 8am, Kim was very understanding that i was very tired and let me have shower. The room was a very pleasant surprise. I had a SGL room which was absolutely fantastic! It looked more like a BnB room with everything a traveller needs. Very cosy, warm, super clean and with all little details that make you feel at home. Next time i'm in Christchurch i'm definitely staying here! Thank you very much for such a great stay and warm welcome!

  Wonderful location and owners

  I stayed 2 nights. The place was cozy, clean, beautiful yards, fully stocked, friendly, close to shopping, restaurants, beach, library, and airport. Kim n Roel were awesome hosts, and picked me up from airport, and dropped me off at my next location. Their dog was so sweet, and enjoyable. I had an amazing visit, and time in Christchurch.   Owner is nice!

  I booked the cavaran at the first and the fourth night in NZ. It is really valued as I can enjoy the prviate kitchen and bathroom with budgeted amount of money. The owner keep all the stuff in a good condition. The decoration inside the caravan is great as you can see the owner decorate the wall by the bird theme. The amenities inside the caravan are adequate. Maps and travelling tips in christchurch are provided. Owner provided a NZ honey soap in the bathroom which I really love it.

  Rented Caravan instead of proper accommodation

  They provided us caravan as sort of accommodation Room type mentioned was "Mobile Home" but we never thought it will be a caravan that too just front of street. We couldn't sleep due to traffic sound Caravan was too small for couple of person. Way gets blocked in case one person stands up. Also, washroom flush was not working in the morning. We left it early to get freshened up somewhere else Only good part is courteous and humble owner. He was understanding and checkin process was very smooth
