  Great Location

  Overlooking Kurrawa Park, our apartment had a balcony, great views of the beach and ocean. The rooms are clean, bright, with ample sunlight, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and our bed very comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped with kitchen utensils. The furniture, washing machine, and clothes dryer are all in very good condition. The air conditioning and ceiling fans work fine. The location ideal, just four- or five-minute walk to the Oasis Shopping Mall, restaurants, and the beach. Secure parking underneath. The manager of the complex is friendly, helpful, and efficient. No hesitation to recommend.

  Great location and fabulous unit.

  Our room was modern and clean, with all the things you need in an apartment to make yr stay comfortable. The location across the road from the beach and park beats all those other ultra modern (and expensive) apartments set back near the highway. While these apartments are not new, the management are right on top of any upkeep and renovations needed. Highly recommend this place.

  Close to beach and convention centre

  The apartments are clean, tidy, there are some maintenance items that could be fixed, like missing tiles. That really bothers some people. There was late check in arrangements which were needed. It is affordable. across the road from the beach, walking distance to the supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants and the convention centre. Catch a tram easily to other parts of the Gold Coast. Reception only opens 9 to 5 though staff are friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool and undercover secure parking. A great location to stay, clean and affordable.

  A Pleasant Surprise

  I booked a 2 night weekend stay. I dont normally stay in 3 star accommodation but I was really pleasantly surprised. My room was on the 11th floor and had absolutely spectacular views. The room itself was tastefully decorated and much nicer looking than the photos on the site. Loved my little weekend break.

  Definitely on Our Rebook List

  This very tidy and well maintained complex has spectacular views. Three minutes walk to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping centre with groceries. Two minute walk to patrolled beach and surf club. The rooms are neat and fully self-contained. Undercover carpark which is easy to navigate. Very friendly on site management who take great pride in the presentation of the grounds. Large pool and jacuzzi on site.
