  Perfect for Crane Festival

  Basic but clean and comfortable. Friendly manager, Ken. Helpful with advise. I did not use pool but looks nice. Breakfast typically served 6:30 to 9, but was available earlier days I was there, which was great for early morning birding. Location was central to Crane Festival events. Nearby Safeway and Sonic. Room does have fridge and microwave, helpful to budget. Recommend!

  Rave review

  Everything about this hotel is clean and friendly. We spent three nights here. Staff is welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Owner/manager is knowledgeable and a great source of info on the area. He was in the breakfast area every morning and provided answers and suggestions for things to do/see.

  Dirty and Loud!!!

  So many issues! 1. LOUD: Every time the people above us moved, it sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling. So, considering multiple rooms on the 2nd floor were throwing a party, it was like trying to sleep at a subway station. 2. DIRTY: The couch smelled. There were hairs in the bathtub. The vanity area had sticky surfaces, which I easily cleaned off. The blankets had stains. 3. OUTDATED: Everything needs a pick me up. Examples-The bed was sunken in to the point that I slept with my feet above my torso. The bathtub and sink had chunks missing from the ceramic. 5. PRIVACY: A man was standing outside my window with a camera!!!!!! 4. SERVICE: I was told three times to call back at a specific time/date to speak with a manager. Finally, Hotels.com gets ahold of the manager and he/she refused to give me a refund or discount. I have stayed at around 50 hotels through Hotels.com and ask for one refund or discount...nothing.

  Clean Room but noisy!

  We stayed over-night when driving through Colorado to go from Cortez to the Springs. The place was ok, I mean the room was clean and comfortable. They have two stories but no elevator so we were happy to be on the ground floor since my husband has bad knees; however, the hotel is either not built well or an elephant was staying above us! So noisy! And it went on until the late hours and then started up at 5am! Not sure I would stay here again just for that reason, the bed was comfy, they did offer a quick breakfast but nothing to brag about.

  Great family suite!

  Not too expensive and a heated, indoor pool. Happy staff, kitchenette in room. Bunk bed, king bed, and pull out sofa. Big and roomy. Very clean. But, no elevator. If handicapped, be aware. Would definitely recommend.
