  Halcyon Beach & St. Lucia = Excelente combinación

  La habitación y todas las instalaciones impecables. El servicio del personal a toda hora es destacable. Todos muy gentiles y amables. Aplauso aparte para los instructores y el diving team! Muy divertidos. Ideales sitios para bucear en aguas muy claras y a buena temperatura.

  Always the best!

  Sandals is always our favorite place to stay! The best people around with the most beautiful places. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need/want. Halcyon was gorgeous and the perfect spot for us to relax.

  Sandals/Halcyon Beach - Tropical Escape Extraordinaire!

  You MUST visit this resort to truly appreciate all that this island and amazing staff have to offer! From the first visit you are family...the food, the ambiance and the accommodations are top notch! Its an amazing getaway spot where you can enjoy a peaceful break with your soulmate by the pools or beachside and meet new friends from all over the globe to enjoy evenings filled with amazingly talented local artists. We highly recommend this location for your escape!

  Disappointing

  To preface, I will say that I do think the recent reopening of the resort and covid could have contributed to my experience. The resort was very nice, well kept, and the rooms had a great view no matter what. The staff was also for the most part very kind accommodating. Now for the not so great. Previously I had booked this trip for my honeymoon, but the wedding was called off. I inquired with the resort about bringing a friend (a female, and I am also female) in his place and if it was acceptable. I was told although it didn't happen often, it was uncommon. I would not have gone had I known how much grief I would get for not being an actual couple or being treated differently for being a perceived gay couple. Some staff was very positive about two friends on a trip, but many were not. This made it very uncomfortable with most contact we had with staff. Another aspect of this trip that was covid related was that we could not go to other sandals resorts on the island. This was not told to us prior, and it greatly affected our trip. It felt misleading. We also could not explore the island as freely. The food was quite sub par. I expected not the greatest from all-inclusive, but it certainly lived up to that. It is also possible normal ingredients were not available due to covid. Our room was also not as well stocked as other couples rooms we spoke to. We did not realize this until the end of our trip. Also possibly covid related. I also understood that the staff was trying to make our experience great, but we were constantly asked anywhere we went or whenever passing someone how our trip was. Also our first whole day up until we left we continued to be asked about planning another trip. I felt like I hardly had a chance to enjoy my current trip because we were bombarded so often. During our time we got manicures and pedicures as well as a massage. The manicurist was very kind and an absolute pleasure. The masseuses were not the friendliest. When asked if we wanted massages inside or outside we chose outside. They seemed annoyed we chose outside. Then when it came time to tip, I provided cash not realizing the bill was torn. The two ladies kept inspecting all of my bills and were suggesting what I give my masseuse. It felt very uncomfortable to have them looking over my shoulder. Overall, I'd suggest that you visit when covid restrictions are lessened. It could be better.

  Honeymoon/ 5 year wedding anniversary

  We were let down once we arrived on property to find out we could not leave the resort due to Covid. We couldn't even travel to the other Sandals Resorts on the island. Food portions were okay at best.
