    The hotel as a nice hotel is quiet and intimate. what to eat is a very small selection of food no butter in the morning and in the evening for sandwiches !!!! Waiters obviously young friendly and helpful the rest to exchange !!!! And now the cons 1-room lack of water every day to drink {need to buy in the store} shower massacre one person fits the problem and this curtain brrryyy 2-pools nice need renovation cold water !!! and the intimate beach but the deckchairs of the renovation massacre have not seen for a long time !!!! 3-bar beer lager massacre alcohol in the evenings ended with cola or pepsi !!! Well, and PO 4 Hotel only for Russian tourists round Russian music !!!! Oguem Hotel stopped in the 80's and 90's WE DO NOT RECOMMEND

    The room was clean and tidy, a T.V and a fridge and a table for your laptop. The bathroom was clean. The shower was a bit on the small size with plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned every day. The restaurant was clean,the food was not too bad,it catered more for the easten europeans, you could find something to eat there. I was on a diving holiday so I just wanted a cheap place to stay bening all-inclusive was a bonus. I would stay there again.

    Literally awful

    I dont even know where to begin. Despite the usual room fare being $70 (thank goodness we got a discount) there was no WiFi in the room (or any rooms at the hotel apparently), they tell you that you must leave all your valuables and money at the front desk because the cleaning staff steal, and the hotel is very run down and dirty. The private beach was covered in trash and the wooden deckchairs were smashed up and covered in splinters. When we had an evening flight, and asked for a late checkout, they understandably asked us to book another night (although the hotel was mostly empty), but then tried to charge us double the price of the room on booking.com, and after much argument we ended up booking online as they wouldnt let us pay that price. They had the cheek to hold us up when we were leaving to catch our flight for 10 minutes to check our room and make sure we didnt break anything. Please do not stay here, its truly appalling.

    Some relaxing, some activities

    A room near to the hotel own beach, great to swim in the sea or pool before breakfast. Clean and tidy, always someone who spoke English to answer any questions. Food in hotel was mostly Western European style with occasional Egyptian dishes which were interesting to try, all good, lots of choice. Activities available close by were from Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Boat trips, Spider cars, Coaches to Cairo to see Tombs, The Nile and the Ancient City and Temples. So many different excursions, included in all of our trips they supplied food. WiFi . We had access to hotel service but bought an Egyptian SIM from a phone shop when we arrived, so internet wasn't a problem as we hotspotted our phones. Other people had taken WiFi hubs with Egyptian sims. A lot about WiFi, but we were on holiday so put phone away and enjoyed the hotel, beach, town, restaurants and community of local people. Taxi fares, at the airport a couple of drivers came over to us and offered to take us to our hotel for equivalent £50, which wasn't going to happen. We had the Uber App so quickly had a look, before we allowed the driver to take our bags we offered 50% more than the Uber rate, which really wasn't a lot, he was happy with that and took us. Moral, be organised before you get in or accept a ride in a taxi. At the end of our stay Covid19 rules had come in, the hotel emptied, some people managed to get flights, others not. However the hotel staff and management made sure that all guests were looked after, even though we had to over stay as there were no flights, they'd all been cancelled. We were stranded but safe and fed in the hotel until our rescue flight arrived.
