  Wouldn't stay there again

  The flat was fine. The neighbourhood was not very pleasant. I value my privacy. I left a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door as I went out for the first day. They ignored my wishes, came in and removed the sign. I complained. No actual apology but it didn't happen again. No reason to go back.

  Not what I bargained for

  As a family traveling with 3 children, I booked this hotel based on size and a pool. There is no pool at the hotel (advertises a pool) they only permit 3 passes to the pool at a property. How do you tell one of your children, they cannot go swimming? First and last visit.

  Great stay

  My stay during Easter weekend was great. Location-wise, the Kilburn High Road Overground is just next door, and Kilburn Park Underground is a quick walk away. Right from the start, we were able to check-in early, which is always more than appreciated. The flat is really nice, the floors are heated and all. Amenities are pristine, and the kitchen is fully decked. Mind you, light sleepers might find the train track noise a little off-putting, though I personally didn't have a problem with this at all. The staff are also a true asset to the property. Very helpful, and always there to warmly greet us. We especially appreciate the help in finding a cab in the early hours of the morning. Truly looking forward to staying here again the next time I'm in London.

  Sanctum International

  Just wanted to say that our recent stay at Sanctum International was very pleasant because of Otman and his professionalism, help and the great services he provided to both me and my fiancé during our stay. I hope if were ever able to return that hell be in management, because he is certainly deserving. I would definitely give him a 5* rating for services rendered.

  Met our needs for a visit

  Pros: -close to public transit -plenty of supermarkets to stock your fridge -American quality heat and hot water -comfortable room, bed, and pull-out couch -well stocked kitchen supplies to make yourself basic meals Cons: -the neighborhood itself isnt amazing, limited walkable restaurants, shopping - our room wasnt serviced during our stay despite leaving a note on the door requesting service - kitchen doesnt have a baking sheet to make frozen pizza Overall, worked very well for us as a jumping off point for the zoo, and into downtown.
