  Winter pride holiday

  Well good and bad for my review this time, the bungalow is very basic and is ok if you eat out all the time and just need a sleeping base. There clean and a maid every day and wear the bungalows are you have 3 resorts in 1 place, so you can't use parts of pools and facilities the sanom apartments are attached which are 5 star but expensive the restaurant we are half board is on the sanom area and serves 4 star food excellent qauilty but as the plates are not heated and the food is tepid warm so such a shame after a couple of days needed piping hot food had to eat out I did tell the restaurant manager but he seemed not to take it on board so this is a mixed review and unfortunately I will not be returning there

  Would not stay here again

  Stayed here from the 5th - 14th November 2019. Great location and female reception staff very welcoming but thats about it!!! 1 of the 2 pools closed, bar and snack bar closed, mould on bed sheets and totally not wheelchair or mobility scooter friendly. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not!

  Excellent

  Arrived at midnight and was shown to our room by a lovely security guard. Unfortunately we had a lot of tiny ants walking in a row along the length of the bed. The security guy immediately took us to a smaller room and explained it was just for the night as it was only a studio. The next morning we spoke to a lady on reception who was really friendly and very helpful. She helped us with our cases and we couldnt believe the accommodation we were given as it was like winning the lottery. A large private bungalow. All the staff here are very friendly our cleaner is brilliant. All the complex is well looked after and very tidy. The first room wouldve have been adequate but basic, because of our upgrade and the brilliant staff our holiday here as been great.

  Second visit

  This was our second visit and we werent disappointed. The apartments are well situated close to all amenities but the layout of the bungalows make you feel like you could be anywhere. The rooms are clean and spacious, however, its the outside space which really makes the difference here. All apartments have there own terrace and grassed garden area, surrounded by trees, shrubs and flowers making it feel more like home rather than a concrete balcony. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and we wont hesitate to stay here again.

  Fantastic in every way

  Stayed here again arriving on 8th March 2020. This is a great place to stay and relax. After 5 days the dreaded Coronavirus hit Gran Canaries which everyone kinda knew was on it's way. The pools on the complex closed and you could only leave the hotel to visit the supermarket and pharmacy. Given the fact that this virus is going to cripple the economy in Gran Canaries and other holiday destinations, the staff - knowing they would be out of a job within 2 weeks - did everything they could for all the guests, even the ones who complained all the time, as if all tis was the staffs fault !! The staff here are a credit to the owner who looks like he's spent thousands on the complex in the last 2 years. I really hope that this little gem and all the staff here managed to weather this storm. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality. I hope to see you all again soon.
