  Perfect place for a relaxing holiday

  The location is great. No roads to cross to get to the beach. The room was clean and well maintained. It is close to restaurants and shops.The staff were friendly and always helpful. We have been going for many years and will go back again this year.

  Wow! We were blown away

  We visited this property on the 7th & 8th of February for a girls weekend away for a Hens Party. From the moment we got in touch with the property the owners they were so friendly, and unbelievable helpful. They offered the use of the beautiful undercover area for our afternoon tea which made us even more excited to get there. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly couple who helped us park and TAKE OUR THINGS UP TO THE ROOM. What?! Who does that these days. We were gobsmacked and SO appreciative. (Scary amounts of things were bought with us haha) We rented a 3 bedroom ocean view apartment which was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable and little things like a seperate laundry, huge fridge with ice maker and lounge chairs you could plug your phone into we were so impressed. The property is a short walk (literally 1 minute maybe) to the beach, no crossing roads necessary so perfectly safe for young families, it has a huge pool and bbq area with tennis court, a public playground out the back and a manned beach right at their doorstep. Across the road you can pick up all necessities and there is a cafe or two for a quick bite. I have been coming to Marcoola for 8 years and we always stay in the same hotel, but I have no hesitation in saying we have a new favourite and will be making this place our family spot. We had an amazing time and the hospitable managers just went above and beyond and really made it for us. (Did I mention they even bought up a spare cot bed with an extra mattress, so I didnt have to share a bed!) Worth every damn cent, and then some. THANKYOU GUYS, you had all 6 of us raving.   Quiet Secluded and Amazing sea views

  We very highly recommend this place for anyone wishing to relax in paradise Close to all the amenities and 20mefers from the beach The kids loved it and didnt want to go home Excellent cafés especially Cuba Café , they have the best coffee in town and Drunken Sailor have outstanding fish n chips We will be back soon

  Best place in the world

  So happy to be back in our favorite place in the world. The ocean just off your balcony with the sound of the waves to put you to sleep. Apartments are beautifully maintained and the grounds are so beautiful and cared for so well by Leith and Richard. Have already booked again for next year.

  Three bedroom ocean view is worthless

  We book the three bedroom apartment 26 with three bedrooms. It has been renovated, nice with but half hearted. Balcony kept the old handrails that block your view, and the mattresses in the bedrooms are the cheapest ones and is very difficult to control the temperature in the rooms. But the main issue is the third bedroom. They promote it as two singles, but they are bunker beds, so for adults are useless, not to mention the mattresses that are bad, very bad. But the worst is that it is not air conditioned in the room, and not a single fan because of the bunkers. You can put even children there unless you want them to melt. We finish moving the mattress to the living room on the floor. Very far from idyllic holidays. The building is well preserved and the managers are very nice and friendly people. Parking is only on per apartment. Beach is really close without any road to cross.
