    precioso y agradable hotel en la zona

    Muy bine situado, cerca de todos los sitios interesantes de la zona y de la bodega Dal Belo en Fonte, habitaciones sencillas pero limpias y espaciosas, personal super amable y simpatico, puedes hacer muchas actividades en la zona o preciosas excursiones

    Hotel with class

    Booked this hotel online, definately found it more than matched the pictures, we did have a triple room so maybe that gave us a larger room bigger ensuite. I'm not sure what a standard room entails, but ours was roomy spacious and very clean ans stylish. The internet was fine no problem and free. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced with wine etc. Our checkin was not a problem the clerk spoke excellent English, it was on checkout that we needed our Italian speaking relative. but still and all enjoyed our stay in Paderno Del Grappa, and would recommend this hotel, its is also close to bus but was only 25 euro for a taxi to Bassono del Grappa, kindly ordered by the hotel staff. Fausta Basa Services was the taxi and I can also recommend this service, he went out of his way to show us Bassano view from a lookout point.

    Veneto Wine Tour

    A well kept comfortable hotel with a lovely little garden. English speaking staff very friendly and the waitress/barista very professional and cheerful at all times! The rooms and bathroom are a good size. We stayed for 7 nights and found that the small wardrobe with only 5 hangars was rather small for clothes for 2 people. There are no drawers at all in the room. The safe is placed at the very bottom of the wardrobe making it impossible to read the instructions and to place anything in it. (the hotel states that complimentary is provided, but we only received 2 bottles) The restaurant: food was good, but not particularly of the region. There was always a choice which had to be ordered the evening before. Breakfast: very good with ample choice for everyone. The rooms at the front are very noisy as of 06:30 every morning. There is a traffic roundabout right outside. But there was no noise from the neighboring rooms. The wine tours were great. We did mention that a shuttle bus would have been a good idea instead of 7 cars driving individually. I would definitely visit again, but next time with a room at the back.

    very bad service

    I arrived at the hotel with a group of cyclists. At the reception the manager of the hotel, Giamaica, greeted us with impatience. There was a very uncomfortable feeling at the hotel and at dinner we were served cold food. Worst of all is that we gave the riding clothes for laundry and the next day we got them .... wet. Giamaica apologized coolly and said she would not charge for the laundry. She did not bother to tell us about the problem and only discovered it on the morning of the competition. Faults hapend ,But the attitude was cold from beginning to end. At that time we were in 6 different hotels in Italy and Austria and the attitude, service and atmosphere in all of them were simply excellent.

    It's really not what the pictures on their website show

    When we arrived a very friendly young woman checked us in. We had a long journey and wanted to take a swim in the pool. The joung woman said we had to make a reservation for the pool. Because we thought this had to do with Covid we agreed and went to our room. (Room was nice) So I went to the garden and i felt immediately fooled!!! The so called relax garden was a small piece of 'gras' with dogpoop and on the left a couple of garage gates. A bit further in this relax area there was a small jacuzi. And that was it. Guests have to register for this thing?! So we went back and asked very polite to cancel our booking. We where even willing to pay for some ' damage'. Unfortunately the very unfriendly female owner came and took it not very professional. She even accused us of not willing to pay for their beautifull spa. ( which we even dind't discuss) The spa was not the problem! We felt fooled by their pictures and explaining this was useless. She kept on talking in a rappid tempo. Didn't listen to anything we wanted to explain. So therefore this not so positive revieuw!
