  CHRISTMAS GETAWAY

  This hotel is one of the best places to stay on the riverwalk . The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, and location is perfect for nights on the river. We did a quick getaway for christmas break and the riverwalk was absolutley beautiful!!

  AMAZING service...WOW!!

  We stayed here during my daughter's volleyball tournament. A week before we arrived, I called the hotel to ask some questions to get the lay of the land and to get updates on any changes due to Covid. I has the pleasure of speaking to Precious. She is SO very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with my, what seems like 5378 questions. ~ A few days before my arrival I had to call in to make some modifications, Dominique was awesome as well. So gracious and so courteous. I was already impressed with everything at this Marriott so far. ~ The day of check in, I found the parking was easy. (albeit the spaces are a bit tight) The property is beautiful and very spacious. I was lucky enough to be checked in by Alex, who like Precious and Dominique had the utmost highest level of customer service. It's like everyone who works here are the friendliest and most welcoming staff I've ever met!! ~ About the property: Everything is soooo well thought out. The coolest and fastest elevators ever, ice machine that dispenses ice quickly so you don't have to stand there waiting for 10 cubes at a time. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Lighting everywhere, never had to search for a place to charge your electronics. TV was a nice size. The pillows were like large clouds in the bed. I put one of either side of me and made a nest. :o) Water pressure was great. Toilets had a 1/2 flush option to save water for when you only go #1. Gym is well equipped with towel service. Nice cafe in lobby serving Starbucks. If there was anything bad to say, would only be that Marriott is still using single use plastic bottles of shampoo/conditioner etc. It'll be nice when the company finally makes the switch to the dispensers. ~ Overall this was a 10/10. The facility is great, but what brought it over the first class customer service of Alex, Dominique and queen Precious. This team WOWed me 100%!!! Well done and THANK YOU!!

  Fantastic location, amazing front desk service!

  This hotel is one of the best places to stay in San Antonio. Conveniently located next to the River Walk and close to a ton of bars, restaurants, and shops, you can take advantage of a great deal of San Antonio within minutes of your hotel. I would like to extend a special shout out to Jennifer L at the front desk who was incredibly helpful throughout the stay. She was attentive to room changes and upgrades, proactive on helping our party make modifications to our stay, and always pleasant and professional to work with. It will be the difference in service and attitude that makes hotels stand out during Covid and these folks nailed it.

  Tributary Restaurant Bartender/Server, Roffe, was EXCELLENT! His customer service skills are refreshing and much appreciated. He also makes a MEAN Old Fashioned. Roffe is an asset to the Marriott Rivercenter and the Marriott Brand.

  The restaurant bar Tributary in the Marriott was fantastic! Roffe the bartender/server was amazing! So kind and attentive! He makes the most excellent old fashioned! I'll definitely be back to enjoy the hospitality!
