  Spacious, not so impressive

  I was there part of a group of an organised trip so obviously I didn't stay here by choice. The Bungalows are spread part some of them are close to reception and others require a 5 mins walk or you can drive i you are too lazy. Rooms can get noisy as entire families somehow occupy the first floor. I was on the ground level but could hear pretty much everything, a crying baby and some furniture dragging close to midnight. Breakfast is pretty average. eggs, some indian food, hummus, foul medamas, fruits & veg., some cheese, some cereals, juice and coffee all are on display. Dinner was much better though. Wifi only at reception & restaurant. There are 2 wifi connections. one for the restaurant and another one for the reception.

  Truly awful. Do not stay here.

  This hotel is seedy and unpleasant. It is NOTHING like the photos shown on booking.com or on other websites. I believe it is also known as Samharam Tourist Village. The room I was given smelled like wet dog, curtains were mildewed, sheets were damp and the bed lined was stained. Floors were filthy, the shower was nasty, there was old dust on the back of the bathroom door and on the bin. Safety rails up the stairs were wobbly and the whole place had an air of dereliction and disrepair. There wasn't even a drink of water or welcome brochure when I arrived and I had to traipse back to reception to ask because the phone was broken. There was no plug in the dirty sink and the toilet looked like it hadn't seen bleach in months. The views from the windows looked like an abandoned building site, and to really add insult to injury there was a vomit-inducing green light fixed to the ceiling which I didn't notice until I switched off the main light, but which was almost bright enough to read by. After a very uncomfortable night with about 3 hours sleep I went to see what could be done and was shown another room, almost as bad. I decided to but short my planned 5-night stay and whilst I was reimbursed for the four nights I didn't stay, I was charged the full cost for the unpleasant night I'd spent and the lacklustre breakfast which featured a semi-fermented fruit salad that completely put me off trying anything else. I spoke to the manager on the phone and it was clear he was not listening properly to my concerns. When he rang me a few days later to arrange the refund I had to drag even a cursory apology from him. Given the glossy advertising and high price of this accommodation I expected a whole lot more and would like to warn other travellers to avoid it like the plague.

  Beautiful Beach Holiday

  Amazing Beach Holiday! The Hotel area is very big and the pool have a great big size and it's very clean at the pool area! The Restaurant and Bar near the pool is realy nice with a beautiful view to the beach. My room, a chalet, was great! Good size and all day clean! The bed was so confortable, I slept very well. The breakfast has a big selection and the quality of the food was very good! The beach is so beautiful! Everyday we did a long walk along the beach :)

  our first Salalah trip

  This is a beautiful place to stay in Salalah. It has well furnished clean rooms and facilities along with a huge pool at the beachside. Families with kids will really enjoy this place. We had breakfast at the hotel which was really good. Stay were very friendly and helpful. The place is well maintained. I would recommend this place to all.

  Peaceful, Spacious, Private beach

  This property is located at the corner of the sea and has around 10 acres of developed area. It offers you rooms with a green backyard, open front space to park your car, a huge dining area with a variety of food options, a huge swimming pool with jacuzzi, beach side hut for evening hangout. It also has swings for kids. This property itself is a kind of tourist destination which has so many things to do when you are in the property.
