  Hotel spa Nuxe

  Hotel muy bueno con habitaciones tematicas en relacion a Nicephore Niepce, pionero de la fotografia y ciudad natal. Desayuno muy completo y cena exquisita . Todos los gatgets del baño son de la casa Nuxe, excelentes. Tabien tienes derecho a una sesion gratuita del spa, hamman y sauna. Muy recomendable en la Borgogna .

  Muy buena relación Precio/Calidad.

  Es un hotel situado frente a la estación de trenes de Chalon sur Soane. Con un excelente y exclusivo Restaurante propiedad de un famoso Cheff 3 Estrellas Michelin. Muy lindo la parte nueva que es donde me dieron un upgrade. Había contratado una habitación Standard y me dieron una en el cuarto piso. La atención del personal si bien no hablan Español se esmeraron al máximo para ayudarme en todo. Habitación muy confortable, silenciosa, cama grande, buenas almohadas !!! Televisión y excelente Wifi. El baño es inmenso con todo lo que necesitas para pasar un lindo paseo por el lugar. Y me olvidaba, parking por 8. Lo recomiendo 100%. Y reitero la maravillosa atención del personal.

  Decent hotel

  Modern, comfortable hotel. Room large, bed & linen very good. Large bathroom. Breakfast buffet typical & a bit underwhelming. Very good service on the front desk. Next to station & about a 10 minute walk to the more lively restaurant area. The market round the main church on a Sunday morning is fun. Town worth a stopover.

  Comfortable hotel

  All in all, a very good hotel. Comfortable bed, good airco, big shower and good breakfast. But the staff hardly speak English, the parking lot is often full and not reserved (and paid), towels dont dry and the fridge hardly works. Bedroom (attic room) A nice big bed, quite soft. The room is Okay in size with even enough space to open the suitcases. Theres a small table and chair. There were 4 windows which had an inclosed, automatic curtains that effectively closed the room off from the light outside. There is a small fridge, which hardly worked.. so drinks only stayed luke cold. The 2 small bottles of water inside are apparently included. The bathroom Quite big bathroom with a nice big sink. Enough space for your toiletries. Big walk-in rain shower, which was quickly on temperature and a decent water pressure. There was a all-in-one shampoo, wash gel bottle there. Theres also a blowdryer, which works well enough. The only problem here is that the bath room and the rest of the room stay humid, so the towel dont dry. Very unhygienic, especially during a pandemic! Plus, it gives a weird smell. Airco Worked well, only it took time the figure out the ideal temperature since you only have a + or - button (no setting temperature in degrees). The display is quite bright. The staff Friendly, but a lot of them dont speak any or very little English. And the reception is not always staffed, so sometime we had to wait or search for someone. Breakfast Because of the Corona virus, they served breakfast instead of having a buffet. You had to stand in line (which takes about 5 to 15 min) and a staff member gets want you want to have. Tea, coffee, apple juice of orange juice (the cheap kind, not fresh), mini croissants, mini pain au chocolat, yoghurt, bread (baguette, white or grain), jam, cheese, hams and pancake. Its served from 7 to 10 a.m. Parking Theres a hotel parking lot behind the hotel, but its extremely limited. If you come a night, its almost always full. So be careful before you agree to pay 8 euros a night because they dont reserve a spot for you (so strange!). There is a public parking lot behind the hotels parking lot, which costs about 6 to 8 euro for the night (pay per hour). The hotel staff didnt explain this very well, so left us confused, had to go back often and ended up in the public parking lot. Very annoying!

  Clean and spacious

  Stayed at this hotel as a stopover while heading north and was satisfied. Check-in was quick. The staff provided a a baby bed as requested. The Superior Room was spacious and had a lovely little balcony overlooking the main road. The room seemed overall very clean, including the bathroom which had a huge tub. The aircon worked really well. No complaints apart from the curtains which could have provided some more blackout since some sunlight came in in the morning. There could have also have been a kettle in the room, and the fridge did not cool very well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating which was very appreciated since we were travelling with a baby. There were many places to eat in close walking distance to the hotel. Parking for the hotel was paid but right opposite there is a public parking which is free on sundays. Would definitely consider staying here again if we ever needed a stopover.
