  Nice location

  Great location. Easy to forget you are in the middle of a huge city as you watch the waves roll in on the beach. The hotel seems to do a lot of weddings but it wasnt something that bothered us or affected our stay. The hotel rooms were not the cleanest unfortunately and could really do with a good clean. The doors from the other rooms could be heard slamming at all hours. The staff were friendly and polite. All in all not a bad hotel but could be better after a clean up.

  Great service!

  We loved this hotel! The service this hotel provided even though understaffed was great. We hostee our wedding there and flew in guest from all over the world to celebrate with us. This place is super famous aparently because there is a wedding almost every night! There is a great terras and the beach is available for ceremonies, right at the sea. The hallways are a little bit '70's' but the rooms are nicely updated and modern. Great airco and lovely views on the sea! Cannot stress how happy we were with the service as provided! Special thanks to mr Nezi!

  Dont even think about booking in this hotel!

  I booked this hotel for me and my fam . The pictures show a good looking clean rooms , but actually its the opposite. I wonder how this hotel is 4 star rated hotel. Its a NO star hotel. cleaning staff didn't clean the room when I left the room even though I left a sign asking them to do so . Very rude staff the receptionists are too aggressive Everything stinks couldnt sleep on the dirty bed sheets and pillows . I just was trying to find a good thing about this hotel . Everything is horrible even the breakfast. So overpriced , not worth the money we paid. Will never recommend it to anyone or even comeback.

  great stay

  we spent the new year at Sahil marti hotel .. we were 10 persons and we stayed for four nights .. it was wonderfull rooms were very clean ... great view on the sea .. personel very friendly and helful it was amazing.. thank you

  Wedding

  My fiance and I held a small family wedding here . Upon entering , carrying lots of luggage, we were not offered any help ! Our room was a basic family room .. No decoration or wedding treats were given. The room was very dirty, limescale- coated taps, housekeeping very poor. January is cold in Mersin.. But only a very old and dirty blanket was available to use on the bed.. This hotel is known to cater weddings, so we thought we were in safe hands .. but our experience was horrendous.. with very poor service, very poorly organised and very low standards on Every Aspect !!! For our meal we were offered grilled meat or roasted meat .. We chose roasted, and were offered Slow-Roast Lamb . We received a mediocre Lamb Stew ! Served with undercooked rice and musty vegetables. Tea was included in the price, but never appeared ! No turn- down service/evening cleaning was given and my new bride and I returned to our dire room. At breakfast, the Chefs talents were equally poor.. The worst breakfast I have experienced in Turkey. This hotel should be so good .. It benefits from a great, beach-front location with beautiful views .. But it is run-down, in need of major upgrades and staff changes.
