    Very unfair management

    Me and my girlfriend were travelling to Oslo and looking for a place to stay. We found an apartment in this facility for approximately 2000 NOK for two nights, with a discount from the booking platform. The conditions to rent the apartment include that who rents must be at least 25 years old, which i am. My girlfriend is 24 years old though. So we called by phone the reception and ask if we could rent the apartment anyway. They answered that it would be fine, and in this they were very kind. So why a bad review for this facility? Because right after our call the price on the booking platform doubled up to more than 4000 NOK. This is very unfair and they did it clearly on purpose because we were interested in renting.

    Comfortable, but two large beds would be better

    We stayed in a family apartment, which was two adjoining rooms - so two bathrooms (great), two kitchens (not really needed), but one real bed and one sofa bed, which seems strange given that both could be separate apartments. It was very comfortable overall, but the sofa bed was small for two teenagers. Also the elevator was so tiny that it could not hold both people and luggage! The location was good - actually closer to the tram than the Saga Hotel itself, so it was easy to get to and from downtown Oslo. There are a few restaurants, coffee shops etc. within walking distance.

    Comfortable Stay

    Hotel Location, Premises & Amenities: location was alright. Lots of good shops and restaurants within walking distance. But not very close to the central area but easily accessible by tram. Room: comfortable, well equipped but small. Heating is centralised and we found the room to be very cold however they were able to accomodate us by providing an oil heater. Service: Great service by Nikholai and housekeeping. Cleanliness: Spotless Dining: lots of restaurant options nearby. Did not try the hotel restaurant. Other: Other guests smoke on the balcony and the smell did waft in a few times. Booked this apartments because of the laundry service however the dryer was not working at the time. Staff did try to accomodate by trying to make alternate arrangements which we did not use. Stayed: 2 nights Would I return: Yes!

    Nice and clean room with balcony - good value

    We stayed in room 7006 and we were quite happy with the cleanliness of the room, the size, the small kirchen and the balcony. The location is a little too remote from Oslo city center but it also allowed us to explore the local area with many restaurants and shops. All in all good value for the money.

    Really disappointed

    Have stayed here numerous times when in Oslo with the kids. This time on the night of our arrival the shower drain was plugged, and only one of us got a quick shower before the entire bathroom floor was flooded. We immidiately called the reception, but they could offer no immidiate solution, and no other room. They did however promise to solve the issue the following day. The following morning we went out for a long day of activities, and returned in the evening ready to give the kids a long awaited shower and put them to bed. The drain was however no less plugged. Not being able to shower is kind of a big deal for me when you pay 300 for a stay. And it does not get better when you feel that the hotel management dont really care about their recurring customers. Will likely take my business elsewhere in the future.
