  Worst experience ever

  Room is very small, smelly, dirty and infested with insects. My son got bites and blisters all over. The sheets were stained, the bed had two single beds but they were really super single in size like really narrow and uncomfortable. The Tv in the room is 10 inch crt, YES YOU READ IT RIGHT, 10 INCH CRT from the 70s model. Our room charges included breakfast. The breakfast comprised of 2 bite sized croissants and 1 cup of coffee. Yes thats IT! But the WORST of all is the staff who are unbelievably rude. We had used the hotel pickup from the airport on our arrival. We asked them to add it to the room and we would pay during checkout. They agreed. But to our shock, on the 2nd evening after we came back to our room after an evening out, the reception staff refused to give us our keys and let us go up to our room until we paid for the Pick up! Totally bizarre! My son who is 3 yrs wanted to go to the bathroom and my husband said he would stay back to clear the pickup charges and just let our son and me go up to the room. But the staff refused and almost held us HOSTAGE until the card was swiped and the confirmation received. This was even more disgusting considering the payment for the entire stay had been paid in advance to the hotel. Also during our entire stay of 2 days there was no room cleaning done at all. We were somehow able to get some fresh towels and bed sheets after a lot of negotiation with the staff. Room is very small, smelly, dirty and infested with insects.
