  A wonderful hotel within walking distance to the Leipzig Messe :)

  Stayed here for 4 nights while attending the World Dog Show 2017. Good size rooms, with a very nice bed. We did not pay for breakfast at the hotel, but there is a McDonalds right across the street and a big store nearby where you can get all you need.

  A very convenient hotel.

  My wife and I stayed at the Sachsenpark Hotel with our two Border Terriers, for five nights In November 2017 whilst we attending the World Dog Show whish was being held at the Leipziger Messe, which is just opposite the hotel, and which, therefore, was very convenient. The hotel is located only a few minutes from the A14 autobahn, and our SatNav directed us straight to the hotel. The hotel which is about 7 kilometres from the centre of Leipzig, is outside the 'Environmental Zone', and therefore we did not have to obtain a permit for our car. There is a frequent tram service from the conference centre, and tickets can be obtained from the hotel. Because of this, we had no need to drive our car into the centre of Leipzig. The hotel is located in a mainly business area, though with a small shopping precinct with a Petrol Station, a small MacDonalds and a couple of restaurants, neither which we used. On the outside the hotel, particularly from the rear is reminiscent of an East German barracks, however, inside it is a first class hotel. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We arrived fairly early in the morning; however, we were immediately found a room, on the ground floor. This was most convenient for the dogs and their trolley, and myself as I had recently had a hip replaced. The room was clean, the bathroom being immaculate, and the room was serviced every day. The furniture looked as though it had come from a flat pack, but was adequate, and the bed was very comfortable. There was an excellent breakfast provided, and the evening meals were also very good. All in all we enjoyed our stay, however, I cannot give it five stars because of two deficiencies. Firstly, though there was Wi-Fi provided, for those who had not brought their own computer, there was no computer room available for guests. Secondly, and more important, there was no coffee shop. The restaurant closed after breakfast, and did not reopen until dinner time. There was nowhere to sit down and have a coffee or a drink with friends, nor anywhere to obtain a small snack.

  The Best Hotel for Visiting Leipzig Messe

  Wonderful location near the Leipzig Messe (Fair) allows you to control your time and visit all the events you want. In 5 min walk - tram station. 7 min - DB station. It takes 10-15 minutes to get here from Leipzig Airport. In addition, there is Globus market with all you need.

  Location is adjacent to the gondola!

  This hotel is pet friendly and does not charge a pet fee. Looks like it has been recently updated as everything was fresh and new. Laid back and friendly staff. Underground parking garage as well is included in your room charge. No extra fee for anything! Just a few blocks from main street as well. Great place to stay. Continental breakfast is included along with Starbuck coffee. No coffee makers are in the room, however. Will definitely stay here again upon our return to the area!

  Great hotel!

  I spent one night here with my sister, and my dog, it was a great hotel! Rooms just like the pictures. Breakfast was a little expensive, but an excellent selection of foods. We were able to eat outside, so my dog could join us.
