  Comfortabble, value for money

  The hotel is quite new, and the room is relatively spacey for a budget hotel. We booked Premier Queen Room, and it has balcony facing the commercial business centre. The bed is comfortable, and the room smells fresh also. Some cons; there is a pub downstairs with open concept karaoke, and the noise was bothering us. The hotel doesn't have any breakfast package, and there is no restaurant at the commercial centre also (which is suitable for breakfast). So you might need to drive somewhere else. There is no toiletries given, except a soap dispenser at the shower area.

  Car park is available by the street. 5mins drive to city centre. Opposite to a chinese Cemetery. Shower gel provided was awful. Quite noisy at night. There's a pub right beside the hotel. There's a balcony. Hair dryer is provided.

  What a trip..

  Clean, friendly staff, affordable, 2 star rating is underrated I think, spacious for the trip, nearby Hollywood makan place,Vegas makan place, 5-10mins from city centre, driving distance to lost world of tambun, need hospital service..pantai is nearby,general hospital is 5 minutes away,

  Value for Money

  For the price you pay, it's worth every penny. Decent hotel with a pretty good location. It's also really clean but don't expect any frills. My only feedback is that their beds are a little soft but that's personal preferance. You will also need to bring your own toiletries.

  good wifi, noisy bar downstairs

  pros: - pretty cheap - ample parking - located close to many restaurants, aeon etc. (not within walking distance, you must drive or take a grab, but then it's like a 5 min drive away) - receptionists quite friendly and knowledgeable - rooms are clean and new, beds are comfortable - shower works well, bathroom is not cramped - wifi is fast cons: - there is only one downside to staying in this hotel but by god, it's a major one. there is a bar downstairs that allows karaoke at night and it carries on well past midnight. it's so loud that you will be able to hear every slurred word the drunken patrons warble out in their apek accents thinking they're mariah carey or something. hotel staff will shrug and tell you that they can't do anything about it - which, fair enough, they don't own the bar and can't tell the owners what to do - but hearing this at 1am will severely test your patience.
