Worst resort hotel I have seen in my whole life

Too expensive, there is cockroaches at the buffet, and the food is terrible... Spa is too small, swimming pools are crowded and dirty, the room is small and dirty as well... I won't recommand this hotel, and it's far away from everything else... Go away, it's terrible

    Avoid by all means

I stayed in this hotel with my friends for several days and I will make sure to never come here ever again. The food was OK but I saw cockroaches in the buffet... I won't recommand eating there to anybody. The hotel itself is far from everything, a shuttle takes you to the train station in 20 minutes, but Kisarazu is as grim as the staff of the hotel. The pool is overcrowded in summer and only 1m20 deep, it is basically impossible to swin. The only good thing about the hotel is the public bath, which is big and pleasant. Conclusion: don't come neither to the hotel or Kisarazu, it is not worth your time or money.

    Lovely Traditional Style Japanese Hotel

Unique experience! This was recommended by a friend. Fantastic! We arrived at the hotel lobby and were greeted by a very kind and helpful staff member. We quickly removed our shoes and placed them in the lockers provided. After booking in we were fitted out with our kimonos. Which we wear while moving throughout the hotel. We settled into our room in anticipation of our stay. We changed again into our swimming costumes and entered the huge communal indoor pool area. This provided us with an excellent opportunity to relax after our journey. while we were relaxing in the pool we were entertained by a laser show. The children enjoyed it very much. After the pool we continued our respective ways to the hot spring. This was my personal favourite part of our stay. Be prepared to be naked and relaxed and enjoy the many different varieties of hot springs available. There are a number of options for those who prefer not to be completely naked. There were many hot springs overlooking Tokyo Bay which will suit the bashful types. It is interesting to note that the hot springs are opened all night! the following day was spent shopping in the outlet mall close by the hotel. Then you guessed it, back to the hot springs while the children entertained themselves at the large indoor play gym. My favourite memory is sitting in the 43 degree mineral hot spring with the snowflakes falling all around me. That was special. If I had to criticize anything about this hotel it would be that the room had a faint smell of stale cigarettes. This was quite disappointing. The Buffet meals were fantastic and catered for many different appetites. In summary I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
