  Lovely hotel.

  Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Room was lovely, comfy bed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location right on the town, where you will find some lovely shops, especially the little sweet shop! Thank you for a lovely break

  Lovely break

  We had a lovely 2 night break. Alas, the second lockdown meant that we had to shorten our stay. That said, the room was bright, airy and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast in the mornings was very tasty. The staff were charming and made gave us a very warm welcome. On the doorstep of the old town, this hotel is convenient for pedestrians, public transport and travel by by car. Situated in a beautiful location it will be a pleasure to return when the current situation eases.

  Good nights sleep

  We had an overnight stay in rye and it was very pleasant. Nice location, lovely views, great breakfast! Our room overlooked the car park which was fine and very quiet. The walls are a little thin as we could hear next door talking but it was ok. The room is a little tired it could do with a maintenance check but for the price in central Rye it was good value.

  One Night

  We stayed here few years ago when they were having Refurb with new owners so was looking forwards to our stay . But not so lucky! Firstly we must say the staff were excellent and helpful especially in these strange times ( Covid-19) Breakfast excellent and enjoyable . But the room was tiny and we can only describe the bathroom as a cupboard it was so small !!! Broken cheap toilet seat and again broken and cheap shower curtains ! Also the old fashioned tap in the shower was dangerous as when using you only had to touch or knock it and it scalded you ? So unless they step up to the mark we definitely not returning back which is a shame as Rye is our favourite please for over 20yrs

  Super stay. Amazing staff.

  We had a deluxe room on the ground floor overlooking the carpark. I am sure there must be better views from the front of the hotel. The room was well-appointed, the bed huge and they were very generous with tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was very good too.
