  Wonderful stay

  We had a wonderful stay at Rutlands and we will be back again! Great value for money, very clean and the breakfast is filling. Breakfast was from 8.30am to 9am. However it was quiet at breakfast and just the start to the day we needed. Our lock on the door had broken and it was fixed quickly and efficiently and we are glad we picked Rutlands to stay at. Thank you for having us. Ps, my 5 year old wanted to pass on the message that the pillows are super comfy!

  Weekend break

  Booked to stay with my sister and niece. Its a lovely place and the owners are very welcoming and pleasant. Our room consisted of a double bed and single. It was clean and tidy with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was lovely it set you up for the day. Slept quite well, Im not an overly good sleeper but I managed. Overall a very pleasant stay, unfortunately the weather wasnt on our side that weekend.

  Fab stay

  Stayed in the family room at the Rutland, it was quite small but it was spotlessly clean, the towels were fluffy and soft and the bed was very comfortable. The owner Maxine actually gave us the option of using another room when we got there which was very kind of her but we opted to stay together. Breakfast was the nicest I've had in Blackpool and my sister was very impressed with her vegetarian breakfast too. The hotel is perfectly placed for all the attractions. We would definitely return.

  Perfect B&B

  This was my 2nd time staying at Rutlands B&B and Maxine & Paul were amazing as usual. Me and my partner stayed in room 14 which had just been newly decorated with a new bed, It was super soft and squishy. I could see Blackpool Tower from my window, which was lovely at night seeing it all lit up. My parents stayed in room 5 and also loved their room. Breakfast started at around 8:30am and as always it was lovely. You get asked if you would like a cooked breakfast and you can help yourself to toast, cereal, juice and hot drinks. I will definitely be staying again. Charlotte xx

  First of all I would like to thank Paul and Maxine for looking after us all and making us feel very welcome the hotel is loverly and cosy close to everywhere we like to go and the breakfast was red hot every morning and plenty of it nothing was a problem (Paul George said get some red bud in ha ha )
