  Better than it looked initially!

  The greatest problem with this hotel is the location. It's 2 km from the centre of Plovdiv, requiring a a taxi or car journey in the evenings into the old town. Moreover, the hotel seems to have been built in an unkempt area. The restaurant and bar at the hotel close by 10 pm. The positives outweighed the negatives for us, however. We had a huge apartment at the top of the building, with great views into the town (the spa bath didn't work, however, and the plug didn't fit well, making it quite a challenge to have a bath!) The swimming pool was fantastic - warm, large, clean, and well attended. Breakfasts were okay. Staff were really helpful and kind. Like many areas in Bulgaria, we couldn't pay by credit card at the hotel, which could have been a real challenge. Overall positive, I think.

  The hotel is ok, only the location is not very central

  The location is 4 km from Plovdiv city center, the taxi from hotel to center costs 4-5 leva. There is a paid parking next to the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful, rooms are warm and clean. For this price is an option to spent a couple of day in a city like Plovdiv.

  Hotel on resonable price

  Nice hotel , big rooms , external swimming pool . Location is a strange , but taxi is very cheap to the center , giving you chance to enjoy evening without oblugation to drive. Didn't had chance to test the restaurant , because was a company party.

  Hotel Rusalka

  I was pleased with the accommodation at this hotel. The utilities were working. But there are two main disadvantages: - this hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city, it is the last building; from there a bush area begins, a maidan, etc. Impossible walking in the city, especially in the dark. The taxi is not expensive (but it is unpleasant to use it daily) but you have to find it when you need it. - there is a restaurant but it does not work. I did not see him open to those in the hotel. It is absolutely not recommended for tourists; good for TIR drivers, fair visitors or people who have a problem in the neighborhood.

  Far from the centre

  the hotel has clean and cozy rooms, it is cheap, but it is too far from the center. to get there you need a car, bus, or a taxi, because it is on the outskirts. it's okay to stay overnight if you're passing. the staff at the front desk is very kind and polite. the same cannot be said of that in the restaurant, which is rude and unhelpful. we had breakfast and begged a sandwich in the afternoon before, and this was the worst factor of the hotel, along with its very decentralized location.
