Good fo businessNice quite Hotel. Rich breakfast buffet. Wifi need to be improved in rooms. Gym opens at 7 and closes at 9 which is a pity because after a lobg day of work we need to practice little bit by night . Nice public garden in front of the hotel (just across the street) with Tai-Che practice with old and welcoming nice people.

Horrible internet/wifiI have stayed here in the past (first time in 2008 and last time 2015). In 20008, everything was great. Nice clean rooms, great internet, good food, etc, etc Now it is showing it's age. Rooms and hallways smell of mainly cigarette smoke. Buffet looks good but mostly cold dishes. Not that good. Key cards are horrible, mine quit twice same night. But the worst is the absolutely terrible internet. Everywhere I checked, it was the same. Terrible. They really need to up their game on that issue. Breakfast buffet ok. Friendly enough staff though.

A huge dumpIve stayed here in the past and it has always been a horrible place but the company books it so we must stay here. Be warned they dont speak English very well. I checked in at 16:30 to be told my room wasnt clean and after fifteen minutes of commotion I was handed a key, no sleeve, no info just a key. The room was a sauna, I turned on the AC and after an hour it didnt seem to be doing much good. So I went for a two hour walk and dinner thinking it would be better when I got back. I returned and it was still hot. I called the manager who sent up a fan and I was told they were reducing their energy usage and thats why the AC didnt work on a 24c day. The fan didnt help much by the way which is why I am awake right now typing this. Turning to the TV, flat screen but poor picture. Checked out the channel guide and was pleased to see HBO and CNN (English news being its value) but neither were on the TV settings. Found out they were canceled. Went to take a shower but the water flooded the bathroom floor. The room is dingy and dirty. Dated as well. The bed has huge sinkholes in it, must never get rotated. The hallway is dimly lit, energy savings I suppose. Sadly China is littered with these little crap hotels that function because companies have an account with them and they dont strive to improve or provide good service. The Ruiwan reminds me of something I would expect to find in Rwanda and Tianjin. Dont stay here, find some place better!!

No badHotel was ok, pretty good for China and conveniently situated near Starbucks, macdonalds etc. The Chinese restaurant was really good, huge selection and huge portions but the order in which you select dishes will be the order in which they arrive. We ended up with the veg dish after we finished all the other dishes. All dishes were good, the ground floor bar was comfortable although the waitress kept running around the hotel looking for cold beers. They were good girls though. Would use again

Very good staffStayed there for a week prior world got locked down. Room was very confortable. Staff was extreamly courteous. They have Indian chef , who made sure i get indian breakfast and lunch. He was so courteous that he wrote vegetarian menu for my dinner in chinese. All staff were always wearing a smile. Just wish they had some english television channels. Gymnasium was excellent.
