Bonito hotelNuevo descubrimiento.Estupenda bienvenida de parte de Mimmo. El hotel es muy bonito y tiene un jardín muy agradable para cenar y un buen servicio al cliente. Nos sentimos muy cómodos.Muy recomendable, volveremos en nuestra próxima visita!!!

Rudloe ArmsRealmente una experiència desagradable, el recepcionista muy mal educado, nos exigio hablar Ingles ya que estàbamos en Inglaterra, no nos arreglaron la television ya que era tarde y no era su problema. Poco voluntarioso, no nos quiso hacer una reserva a un restaurante del pueblo... Nunca mas.

Quirky hidden gemWe stayed for 1 night on Sunday 20th December. We didn't arrive until 6pm and the check in desk was closed however this was absolutely no trouble for the hostess who we found in the nearby restaurant (down the corridor). Super quick and efficient check-in. We stayed in one of the treetop rooms (a separate building) in a delux room, we were lucky to have such a gorgeous and cosy room. The bathroom was huge with a large walkin shower. The bed was very comfy. I must suggest they put provide robes, it's one of my pet peeves when a hotel doesn't supply a robe, its the first thing I want to change into when arrive at a hotel. We relaxed in the room for a couple of hours and headed down for dinner at 8pm. The set course meal was delicious, lots of choice. The staff, francesca and max were so polite, knowledgeable and friendly in general. They definitely made our stay. The service was great and can't really fault anything. We then headed to the snug bar after which is delightful. Lots of old furniture and heaps of artwork / collections around the whole venue, there are all different lounges to look around, so interesting! It was worth staying just for the artwork. Wonderful experience and will absolutely be returning.

Treated like 2nd rate citizens!!I purchased for my son and wife through Wowcher an anniversary stay with dinner. Since September they have tried to book and have either received no response, negative rude e mails and what feels like prejudice due to the medium through which this was booked! This has left us all angry and upset. Eventually a booking was made however Covid scuppered that and no guidance from Ludloe on rebooking!! Now neither Ludloe or Wowcher are responding leaving us out of pocket as a result. I have even sent Marco Pierre White an e mail to his company and over Facebook expressing our concerns that he is even linked to this sham!! No response from him tells me that he too is happy with how we were treated and robbed!! If a company does not want to respond positively and honor Wowcher bookings they should resist getting involved in the first place!! I don't expect a response to this or a resolve because it would go against their high level of customer service if they did!!!

Still not been- Wowcher dealWe did book for last year, once we managed to get a response. That had to be amended due to lockdown1. And then again lockdown2. We are supposed to being going on 14 March 2021. And of course we cannot. No contact FROM the hotel. And no response to 3 emails. And nobody answering the phone! This is a £200 purchase! As a treat.... Our voucher runs out end of March!! I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it. But neither do i want to lose this money. I had presumed this 'prestigious' establishment would be run to precision. How wrong could I be. And this is only referring to the booking side of the operation. A bit perturbed by comments from those who have been... I would be happy with a refund. I would be grateful for some communication! Watch this space!!
